After harboring several years of stress, my body felt as if it was always “bracing for impact”. I started appointments for myofascial release with Katie, and she has been a crucial partner in my healing. After a few weeks of appointments I am regaining flexibility and my body feels more balanced. Katie has a knack for finding the tough spots and getting stubborn soft tissues to relax. A good communicator, she can converse while she works and/or create quiet space...whatever works best for my needs. I appreciate her positive, professional manner. She takes the role of educator seriously, open to both my inquiries and my feedback as she works. I know she performs a range of other types of therapies; I would highly recommend Katie to my friends and family.

I scheduled this appointment for my husband due to his relentless lower back pain. Kate did not work on the area he requested AT ALL. She sat in a stool and decided to massage his arms until he asked her to stop because it was getting irritating. Not only that, he did not appreciate her fowl language that she used throughout his 90 minute massage. We've both had great experiences in the past. Very disappointed with this outcome today.

I have a 60 minute massage and I was disappointed to say the least. She played with my arms for a little and then only hit my neck for the next 40 minutes. It was terrible. I let her know my shoulders and neck had tension. She insisted that she could only hit one spot. She rubbed my neck till it was raw and hurt. I have been here before with a different massage therapist, had a great experience so I came back. I like my massage appointments to be quiet and she would not stop trying to talk to me. At this point I was completely over it. Wasted my gift card. I hate to write a bad review but I am so disappointed in this massage service.

Karen is the best! I asked her to massage the areas that were actually bothering me, and she did it!! Instead of just nodding her head and saying cool or yes and then just doing s routine, she actuslly helped! It was a great sports massage just for my needs. I highly recommend!

Becky was amazing at getting years of tightness to finally let go with my first massage ever in my life. Had some amazing amounts of pain that led to so much muscular relief I never thought possible which is allowing me to finally stretch things out the way I've been wanting. I feel amazing at the end of the day and overall this was amazing in the way of self-care. Will definitely be going back.

I don’t normally indulge on massages, but after experiencing months of severe pain in my neck and back, I finally scheduled a 90-minute massage online (very convenient). I received the MOST INCREDIBLE MASSAGE from Becky Mantha!!! She targeted the exact locations I needed - it was almost as if she could see through my skin! She hit areas I would never be able to verbally navigate her to! Her strength and stamina never abated throughout the 90 minutes! I never dreamed a massage could be so powerful and extraordinary! I have already scheduled a follow-up massage with Becky, and I cannot wait! Becky is extremely professional, warm, and her skills and technique are mind-blowing! I will be scheduling many more sessions with her!
