Misty is an awesome! She helped significantly with my persistent migraines which are triggered by pain in my back and neck that radiate to my head. She dug in and found the offending trigger points and eliminated them. I happen to know she trained with one of the best neuromuscular experts around, and it shows. Highly recommended!!

I have been seeing Misty for monthly massages for over 10 years! I had seen other therapists before meeting Misty, and she is simply the best. I’m always looking forward to my next appointment, sometimes counting down the days! Misty takes the time to listen to my problem areas for the visit to make the most of the session. I have a lot of issues with my neck, hips and lower back. I always feel great by the end of my hour. She also provides great tips and extra stretches to keep the pain and stiffness to a minimum. Misty is also always willing to work with my schedule to get me taken care of. Misty works hard to stay current on new techniques and certifications to be the best she can be for her clients. She genuinely cares about everyone she meets and works hard to keep her clients healthy and happy.

Misty is AMAZING!! I’m known for going and going until I run into an issue instead of having maintenance along the way. Thank God I have Misty! Any time I have an issue she gets me right very quickly so I can get back to training! However, I do suggest maintenance even when you don’t have pain! Either way…she is your girl!

I came to Muscular Pain Therapy a year and a half ago with severe pain and inflammation in my bicep, knees, and shoulder. I went through a chiropractor, several medications, an MRI and several doctors before I found Misty. Within a few months of consistent visits and using the information she provided me, I was able to get back to working out pain free! She’s extremely knowledgeable, and really cares about her clients! 10/10 recommend.

On a clear, crisp, winter 7-miler three years ago I injured my knee and hip banging down a long Catskill mountain road. After a few months of short, uncomfortable jogs and worrisome visits with an orthopedist I began to think my 50 years of running joy was ending. Fortunately, a friend who's a physical therapist for FC Cincinnati set up an appointment for me with Misty Vaccariello. Her deep knowledge of human physiology and immense experience and skill at handling athletes enabled me to heal and go on long runs again without injuring myself. She's an inspirational athlete, funny and fun, but at all times seriously focused on her work. It's easy to see why so many of her clients are professional sports players: Misty is a master.

Misty is amazing. She has ways of working miracles with your muscles! She worked wonders for my TMJ issues as well as tension in my back/neck. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment to see her.

I’ve seen Misty 3 times now for chronic low back pain. I have had more relief in these 3 visits than countless trips to the chiropractor. She is great!
