I’m having a fairly severe flare up of my sciatica. This being my first visit to The Body Mechanic Studio, Chad asked me a bunch of questions about my issues. He really knows what he’s doing and in just one session I could feel an improvement. I know it’s going to take at least a few sessions to clear up, and I appreciated that Chad doesn’t do a hard sell to buy a package of sessions. I know I’ll be back not because I bought a package of sessions, but because Chad really helped with my sciatica!

This was my first massage experience, and it was great. I asked for focus on problem areas in my back, and Chad did a good job helping to bring relief. I work in healthcare, and was looking to try something different prior to seeking out a chiropractor, etc. Massage therapy is the way to go, and I’m glad I made the visit. Chad was professional, and I’ll be back for sure. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience. Chad was great. This was my first appointment with him and he was great at asking my preferences and gauging my comfort throughout the massage. It is a great studio set-up, very professional. This is definitely not my last appointment with him. (I will have a membership soon!)
