I had never had a massage before today and was feeling a little nervous for it. However, Neal answered any questions I had throughout the process and made sure that i felt comfortable and heard. He also made accommodations for previous afflictions as to not exacerbate them during the massage. Overall, i left feeling relaxed and knot free. It’s also a plus that the aesthetic of the whole store is super relaxing and cool. Will definitely be returning!

Neal was absolutely wonderful! He was very attentive and did a great job making sure my massage was specifically catered to me. He effectively released the tension in my neck and shoulders and even let me know what we should address next time. Will definitely be booking with Neal again!

Every experience has been amazing. I've had sessions with Jerrica, Kim, and Melissa and I keep coming back. So happy everyone is staying during the new transition to Chrysalis Wellness Collective. The space is beautifully charming, and inviting. The one time a therapist asked me if I could adjust my session, she communicated calmly, effectively, and it was a super easy process to adjust timing. I've been attending bodywork sessions with this group for several years now.

Jerrica does an extra special therapeutic massage with all the froufrou details of hot towels, essential oils to complete an outer body experience. Check her out. Really kind lady too.

Thia has diagnosed my problem areas quickly and remarkably. Her vast knowledge of different massage techniques adapts to what is needed for the moment. She gives immersive attention to restore muscle health and imbalances. Chrysalis Collective Wellness’s space is calm, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

My whole family loves Sano Massage! Kim is literally one of the very best massage therapists I’ve ever experienced. She does techniques that relax and unlock my body. I literally feel like my muscles are healing and releasing tension on the spot. She is very intuitive and has good attention to detail and gives wise input. She is also very kind and professional. She’s amazing!

Scheduled a prenatal massage and when I went to my appointment the door was locked and no one was there. I called the number twice with no answer then got a text asking why I was calling. After explaining that I had an appointment for a massage the massage therapist called me and said she thought my appointment was 30 minutes later. I asked her to cancel my appointment and I do not plan to schedule another one. Not a good first impression of this place.

Jerrica has been my massage therapist of choice for several years. I love her kind, caring spirit and the massage itself is structured, thorough, and tailored to whatever I need during that particular visit. Sometimes I need 30 minutes of intense pressure focused on my back. Sometimes I need a full hour of relaxation and pampering. I always leave feeling grateful and looking forward to my next visit.
