I have been a client of Lisa B. for 10+ years (she is amazing!!) Lisa has helped me be able to move, walk, and sleep so much better, enabling me to continue working full time without as much pain and muscle stiffness. While Lisa is on maternity leave I've had the opportunity to check out Elissa & Michelle, and was quite pleased with both. They offer different styles of massage, which is great. I feel comfortable with either of them now, and schedule massages as needed. When Lisa is back I will return to my regular every other week appts, but in the meantime, Elissa and Michelle can look forward (I hope!) to seeing me.

I have been receiving monthly massages from Amy since January 2020. She was recommended to me when my stress level was at it's highest trying to market a senior living community before the start of the pandemic. Amy is very knowledgeable and adjusts her massage technique to whatever my need is at each visit. She has the strength to really work out my stress and knots, but gentle enough to work with seniors at a nearby senior living community. I wasn't a fan of the cupping the one time I tried it, but the hot stones are wonderful. I highly recommend Amy!!
