Ceena's Massage Education and Retail

I just finished my first float and I am hooked. The location was very nice. The staff was very friendly and explained the float to me and benefits. I had researched ahead of time and downloaded a free meditation for floating and it was an excellent assistant to help me relax. I experienced relief from my back pain for the first time in 17 years and the mental relaxation was also amazing. They informed me that an hour long float is equal to 4 hours of sleep and I believe it. I feel great! I’ve already booked for next week!

Absolutely amazing. I did a float and then massage. The staff was so accommodating! I was super embarrassed when I got a bloody nose after exiting the tank, but the staff were extremely professional and made me feel less embarrassed about it. I was able to relax, destress and walk out feeling like a new woman! Kristina did my massage and used multiple techniques to fix me! I have chronic back pain and walked out feeling better than I have in MONTHS! I definitely recommend anyone make a trip to H2O! ❤️

I am absolutely pain free after my relaxing therapeutic massage. I went in with knee/elbow/back and neck pain and left feeling like a million bucks! I absolutely LOVE H2O and will continue to go, I have finally learned that you only have 1 body and you NEED TO take care of it, take care of yourself! Thank you H2O and thank you KRISTI FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME!

Place is great. Very unique! I love the holistic setting and how the therapist truly strive to make you feel better. Floating and cryotherapy are also a must!! So relaxing & really work.

When you walk into Ceena’s there is an immediate sense of calm. I like the way the retail is displayed and I liked the plants that were displayed. It was very soothing. Both Ceena and Alyssa were very welcoming and friendly. I had a wonderful experience.

I received a massage from one of the FHSU students (only available on the weekends) and she was amazing. Only $25 for an hour-long massage is one heck of a deal. I cannot recommend going enough. Honestly, for that price my expectations were fairly low but it was great!

Even though it shows a favorable rating on stars. This company is constantly changing policy to fit their needs, they do not know how to run a business. Called yesterday to let them know that I would be in town to turn in my gift card to get a refund. Was not told at this time that the policy had changed. Went into H20 today 4/21/2018 to get a refund from a gift card that I received. I do not live in the area, the lady I spoke with stated that they just changed their policy and are not giving refunds on their gift cards. Now why wasn't I told this when I called yesterday? She told me that I could gift it away. Now why would I gift it away??? They breach their own agreements! Be careful when doing business with this company. Don't judge this book by the cover. What seems nice and professional on the outside, their behavior is contradictory and unprofessional on the inside.

It rated in the top 3 of the worst massages I ever had. The atmosphere was poor, no scents & no relaxation fountain. The music was 40's and no spa or meditating type music. The therapist asked me questions that I felt compelled to answer on the last 30 min of the massage, and continued to talk about her personal life. Her breath smelled like Garlic tablets & I had to breathe out of my mouth the entire time. I was more stressed going out of the appt. then I was going in.
