Amazing! I was able to book online without any issues. I got a 40min massage with Emily and she did fantastic. Expertly applied deep pressure to problem areas, courteous, calm, and knowledgeable of areas that could be causing my pain. The location is tucked away but inside is great! Relaxing, beautiful, a client bar with snacks, water, tea, and coffees. Bathroom was nicely done , clean, and had hair ties and tampons if you need. A hot towel was provided at the end to wipe off excess oil and even a mint in the treatment room. So perfect!

If you're looking for a go to spot I highly recommend Total Zen. The atmosphere is calming the moment you walk through the door, the therapists are very knowledgeable, Courtney gives a very clear and thorough walk through for new comers like me. She offers a complimentary 10 minutes in the infrared sauna before each session which is amazing! My first massage with Courtney felt like MAGIC on my body! And to top it all off, you can help yourself to the zen den where she offers snacks, tea, and coffee. Altogether, it was an amazing experience and I left feeling better than ever! Total Zen will be THE place for me from now on.

I've tried massages in the past without seeing any benefit. Most places seem to just rub lotion on your skin and collect money. Courtney is different, and I am now a believer in the benefits an amazing deep tissue massage has. Won't go anywhere else ever again.
