Angels Touch Body Wellness

Came here today for a couples massage with a friend, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While the therapists were friendly, the quality of the massage itself was lacking. My therapist seemed distracted and primarily used one hand, often just tracing around my ankle bone and behind my ears instead of providing a thorough massage. It felt like she was preoccupied, almost as if she was using her phone with her other hand, which was very odd and unprofessional. My friend had a similar experience; despite expressing her desire for attention to her lower body, her therapist focused mainly on her upper body and completely neglected her feet. They did ask how everything was at the end of the service at check out, but how uncomfortable is it to tell them that is was a 1/10. Having a front desk staff member to relay feedback in the moment to would have been nice. For $200, we expected at least the bare minimum in terms of service, but we left feeling unsatisfied, uncomfortable, and underwhelmed. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this place based on our experience. Edit to add I did reach out to the personal email that was given and never got a response. Attatching email for proof. I 100% did not fall asleep. I feel like I would know since it's my body and I was there. Not sure why my other reviews are something you're bringing up. But since you did, I don't waste my time reviewing unless it's really amazing or really bad. I also explained that it was awkward during the tipping with both therapists staring right at you. I appreciate you getting back to me here. However it doesn't change my experience.

I had never had a massage before but Nikki is the absolute best. She was responsive to my requests in connection with my trauma history and listened when I explained what I was looking for. She is so respectful and compassionate to my needs. She came highly recommended to me and I highly recommend her to others!!

This was my first time at Angel's Touch. I will be back. Brianna was great. She was polite, professional and I enjoyed conversation with her. I will definitely schedule another massage. I would recommend Angel's Touch to anyone.

We had a couple's massage and it was great. Michelle worked on me and did a good job. The environment was pleasant and clean and the people there were really nice.

So thankful for the massage I received from Brooke. Very professional and addressed all my aches and pains. Just the right amount of pressure. Very relaxing. It was the first time, in a few years, that I've woke up the next morning with very little pain. I will definitely be making another appointment in the near future.

What an outstanding experience! The VA sent me to Angels Touch Body Wellness to help me with some back pain I've had for many years. I received a deep tissue medical massage by Ms. Nikki and afterwards my back has been feeling better than it has in a long, long time. I appreciate how Ms. Nikki made me feel comfortable throughout the massage. I definitely recommend Angels Touch Body Wellness to everyone.

I was fortunate to have Jodi give me my first massage at Angles Touch Body Wellness. I enjoyed my hour and a half deep tissue massage and made another appointment right away. It was nice to find a reasonably priced place to get a wonderful massage close to home in Conway. I was also happy to be able to take advantage of their new client special. Thanks for the great massage Jodi. 4/23/24 I had an amazing massage from Brooke today. I have been having trouble with my shoulder and was concerned about having anyone even touch it but Brooke took very good care of me. I assured her that if it felt too painful I would let her know. I had an hour and a half appt for a deep tissue massage. Brooke took care of the rest of my body (I was pretty tense) and I felt pretty relaxed by the time she approach my shoulder. She loosened it up and helped relieve some of the pain that I was having. She was careful, caring and did not cause me unbearable pain while working on me. She did suggest that I apply ice and then heat to it when I got home. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep when I was apply an ice bag to it. I did book another appointment with Brooke and am looking forward to it. I would recommend her to anyone that is in pain and needs some immediate relief. This Massage Therapist knows what she's doing...I have not had a bad massage here. Their prices are reasonable and their service is great. I'm so happy that I found this place. 9/5/2024. I had my normal 1 1/2 hrs deep tissue massage but this time I added the hot cocoa butter and an extra 14 mins since I have been going to Physical Therapy. And I am glad I did! Brooke did an amazing job. I have been dealing with a frozen shoulder and going to PT has been helping but it can be painful at times. I try and get massaged 2 times a week. I have been going to Brooke and she has been very careful when it comes to my shoulder. I needed a great massage therapist to help me relax and Brooke has done just that. She gets my muscles to relax (which can be difficult scene I deal with chronic pain). When I left I was pain free thanks to Brooke. I really hate to recommend her since there are times that I cannot get the appointment time that I prefer. But I feel like Brooke deserves the time from me as well as a review. So yes, I absolutely recommend her. She is one of the best massage therapist I have used. I wish I could go every week but I go regularly every 2 weeks. Once you have an appointment with her you'll know you have found the right Therapist for you. Feel free to check out the other Therapists as well, I haven't had a bad massage here. It's a very clean and well maintained atmosphere. The prices are reasonable too!!!

Excellent massage by Brooke. Asked for deep tissue but she backed off a little at my request. I will be returning. I felt the charges were very fair.
