Elements Massage

Sydney was wonderful. I went for a massage because of upper back pain that was muscular. I felt like a new person when I left. I slept better than I have in months. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

I have had massages from all kinds of fancy spas, and I will tell you that my massage with Hia at Elements was HANDS DOWN the best massage I’ve ever had! It was incredible. If you want to get a massage from a very gifted masseuse, visit Hia!

Be careful. They do not tell you up front that your massage is cut short each time. I’ve since then, experienced amazing massages given by true masseuses for the full promised time. I wouldn’t waste my money on this place. Plus, when you try to cancel your membership, they continue to pull money out of your bank account and force you to use the massages that you are unhappy with. A company that cared about the customer and wanted you to come back, would give you the option to have your own money back instead of stealing from you. Instead, I have become a walking advertisement for the contrary. Do NOT EVER USE ELEMENTS MASSAGE. THEY ARE CROOKS.

I had a great session with Sydney. She was just lovely. She asked me question for my sessions, so that she could give me the best massage for what I needed address. At the end of our session, she offered me some " maintenance" at home stretchs that would help me and my muscles long term and in between my sessions. I would highly recommend Sydney to anyone that is going to be looking for a masseuse at The Elements Spa.

I've had massages with Christina (no longer there), Becca and Sydney and they were all AMAZING. The subscription makes it so easy and affordable. The online booking is handy but the front desk staff is WONDERFUL and so helpful. Many locations forget that the scheduling and front office is part of the experience but South Edmond nails it. Only downside in my opinion, because they're so good, they are also popular. Worth planning ahead for though.

They give great massages! BUT you do not get what you pay for!! I’ve been here 3 times, every time I’ve went I will buy the 60 minute (1 hour) massage and they never give you the full hour! For example: Appointment is scheduled for 6:15PM I arrive at 6:00PM to fill out paper work They call me back at 6:16PM Takes the massage therapist 5 minutes to come in and get started. So at 6:20pm they actually start the massage. At the end the therapist talks for about 1 or 2 minutes and walks out. Get up to check the time and it’s 7:05pm!!! You do not get what you pay for!! That is a scam! Another reason I do not like this place, even if you sign up for their monthly contract, they never have availability to schedule an appointment, they are always 4-6 weeks out to get a massage completed.

Sydney is amazing! The Taylor Swift of massage , really focused on my problem areas , very professional staff.
