Great therapists. Monthly membership makes it very affordable. Can use monthly prepaid sessions for massage or facials. Love that if you can't come in one month your sessions carry over for up to a year and can share with a friend! Love that it's month-to-month, no long-term commitment.

I am not a big fan of massages, but I was so sweetly given this as a gift. Jonathan was very nice and professional. Whatever he used felt silky smooth, and I didn't feel oily or sticky when finished. I had never had a massage there before, but I would highly recommend Elements.

Overall awful experience unfortunately. My massage was at 1:45, they brought me back late. Then I had left and was talking to my husband by 1:41. I hadn’t realized the time until he said something. That included me stopping to wait and talk to the front desk on the way out. So I didn’t even get a full hour massage, maybe 40 minutes? It took nearly a week before I was no longer sore. I could hardly wear a shirt, I was in so much pain afterwards. Hurt to the touch. Couldn’t wear a purse, hardly hold my children, etc. I also couldn’t see my chiropractor. During my massage there was ALOT of loud noises. I could hear other massages going on as well as people talking and multiple songs. I actually startled and opened my eyes at one point because I thought someone was in my room, the voices were so loud in the hall. My husband specifically told them when he booked that my lower back needed the most work. I specifically told the front desk lady and the massage therapist both the same thing as well when I got there. Never once did she massage my lower back. And I didn’t feel comfortable having to ask again during the massage. I honestly am super disappointed and so is my husband because this was a special gift he got me for my 30th birthday. Definitely won’t be back or recommending this place to anyone I know.

Always a rejuvenating experience. I like that I can schedule when my body needs and get in timely. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Listen to me. I have been to a handful of massage therapists in my life. I even used to be a guinea pig for some practicing massage therapists needing someone to practice on. I have had chronic lumbar pain for as long as I can remember. My lumbar has been so painful and sensitive that I would not allow anyone to touch my lower back. The moment I walked into the establishment, I was immediately greeted. I had the pleasure of having Memori as my massage therapist. MEMORI IS TRULY A GIFT. She asked me about my trouble areas, if I would like any water, if I needed a heating pad, etc. The first time going to a new massage therapist can be a little awkward, but I quickly got over that. Soft and mellow music played in the background as Memori assured me to relax. We don’t realize how much are “on edge” in our daily lives until we are truly told to “relax”. Memori had to remind me a few times that it was okay to let go and relax. The most amazing part was that Memori was able to get so many knots out of my lumbar. She utilized all forces of her elbows to break up those knots and move them around until they dissolved. Was it painful? Absolutely. It was that “good-hurt”. However, I would do it all over again. I was sad once it was over because I kind of wanted to fall asleep. Additionally, I was informed to drink lots of water and rest for the next few days. Once I returned home, I ate dinner, did my evening stretches (which were SO MUCH easier, by the way), and went to bed. I HAD THE BEST NIGHT’S SLEEP EVER. I woke up so refreshed. No pain in my back for the first time in 15+ years. Sore, yes - but no pain. I woke up so refreshed that my fiancée was almost worried that it was a dream. Comments & Advice: 1. I will be returning to Elements Massage. 2. You have knots in your back? Go to Memori because she’ll go after them like it’s a war zone. 3. I recommend a drool bucket. You’ll need it. 4. Don’t forget to relax. You deserve it!

Do not come here if you want to relax! Massage: 3/5 Massage oil: 1/5 Did not absorb well. Is this 10W/30 mixed with Astroglide? Environment: 1/5 Need sound-proofing board. I could hear the room next to me. I could hear children screaming from the business next door. The massage therapist had the music almost too loud in an attempt to drown the noise out...it didn't work. Will not return.

I just had a 90 minute massage with Memori and she was amazing! Super professional, made me feel very comfortable, and did an amazing job. I feel like a whole new person. My sciatic nerve isn’t bothering me anymore and my whole body is incredibly relaxed. My massage ended 40 minutes ago and I am still tingling with endorphins. I’ve only ever had one other massage experience years ago at a different business and it was very painful. I didn’t experience any pain at all today with Memori. I will definitely be a return customer!

I read a LOT of bad reviews and was so worried about going in for my first visit. It was using a gift card so it was not going to be a huge loss but I’m now convinced the bad reviews are just pocketed ladies from the upper crust of Edmond because this little place was a WOW! From my first step in to my last step out the staff was amazing. The location is small but clean and comfortable. Upgrades were really affordable. Every staff member I came in contact with was kind and attentive. The products were clean as was the equipment. Cannot wait to go again for a CBD and Hot Stone treatment! Ah-ah-amazing!
