B4 And After Massage Therapy/Personal Training

I have been seeing Paulette for massage and personal training for years. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Paulette is an athlete and understands the art and science of health and wellness. I have gone to her to be pampered with massage, and she has helped me through many injuries as well. As a personal trainer, she is sought out for her expertise. Athletes see her - as do the athletes to be (those starting from zero). She is honest and easy to work with. She is kind and realistic with your abilities. I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone in the OKC Metro.

Iv never been anywhere that pays as much attention to what you specifically need then here I'm thoroughly impressed I've been going to physical therapy since I was 13 years old and I probably met about 20 different physical therapists and I've never felt this good and I've never meet anyone as knowledgeable.
