I’ve shopped around for massage therapists in Oklahoma and have found Seph to be the best among the bunch. I don’t live near, but she’s worth the regular drive and visit. She’s very receptive to whatever I’m needing at the time. She’s attentive the entire appointment, respectful of boundaries, and her personality is professional while still upbeat. She’s credentialed and even taught at Meridian for a good number of years, to my understanding. She’s always my first recommendation.

Her work is unparalleled. Her understanding of the body is remarkable and her work is like nothing I've experienced before. This lady has done my body work for 25+ years. She’s a master at the profession. After her doing body repairs for me I learned to make a list of my itinerary for the day to read after the massage. It was like the endorphins were so strong I was so relaxed I couldn’t remember where my focus was before going into her office. She’s amazing to say the least!
