Tracy is an exceptional massage therapist. She listens to your needs and is very in tuned with your body. The massage was relaxing and restorative, as Tracy worked some trouble spots but also was so adept at just helping me to relax and breathe into the work she was doing. I highly recommend Tracy. I made an appointment with Tracy because I had severe pain and very limited mobility in my neck and shoulder, from several knots in the muscles there. Tracy was able to see me promptly AND helped so much that I made another appointment for two days later. After each appointment I had substantial improvement in my neck mobility and pain. She was a miracle worker when I needed it most! Also worth pointing out she has an incredibly relaxing office environment, perfect for a massage. Highly recommend, and I will be going back in the future!
