Grace (Ying) was very professional and it was the best massage I have ever received. She really followed the preferences on the intake form and I felt relief after the massage. The clinic staff were welcoming and professional over the phone and in-person. Thank you!

Nina Baidiuk is an exceptional massage therapist. Her intuitive understanding of the body, combined with her expert technique, creates a truly replenishing experience. After just one session, I felt rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. Nina's attention to detail and genuine care for her clients sets her apart. Highly recommend her for anyone seeking both physical relief and a sense of inner calm.

I have been a member for 3 years. In July 2024, I requested to cancel my membership and was informed by the reception that I would be charged for an extra month (August), which I was fine with. I assumed the charge for August was processed on August 1st. On September 12th, I booked a session that showed the "member price," and I plan to use the August credit for it. After the session, when I asked to pay using that credit, I was told that the August payment was not charged (my credit card was in good state), and they hadn't informed me until now. I asked if I could still be charged as a member, given that the failure was on their end, and as a gesture of goodwill for being a loyal customer for 3 years, regularly attending every month. Plus the fact that I was misled by their reception (which confirmed I was being charged the membership rate) and by their booking system (which allowed me to book at the membership price). The response I received was disappointing—they showed no willingness to acknowledge their mistake and instead placed the blame entirely on me, insisting I pay the non-member price. Essentially, I am being penalized for their error. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and astonishing. Their response under here implies that I simply walked in demanding the member price without any basis, which is not true. This level of arrogance is truly disheartening.

Updated review: I went back to massage experts and truly had one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Hasna is amazing and really kind. I will be going back

Update: changing to 2-stars to reflect the whole clinic, as the receptionist was very welcoming, the establishment is well-taken care of, and the owner took my concerns seriously and is implementing corrective actions so that future clients do not have the same experience. The massage itself still warrants 1-star. I booked a massage with Tetiana and had a horrible experience. This was my one and only experience at this clinic, so this feedback exclusively applies to my massage with Tetiana. I wish I had walked out after 10 minutes, even if I would have still been charged the whole amount, since not only did this experience not benefit me, but I left feeling much worse (and not in terms of muscle soreness. I am used to getting my muscles manually worked out through physiotherapy, soreness does not faze me.) Long story short though: she is ineffective at deep tissue massages, and she is dismissive and patronizing. I strongly advise against booking with her. I requested a deep tissue massage and noted various tense muscles or areas that I wanted her to work on. I had to ask her multiple times to apply deeper pressure, as she kept just doing a swedish massage. I noticed that she was avoiding working on tense muscles, and when I brought it up and asked her to work out specific ones (which she agreed were quite tight) she replied with "but that's going to hurt." Later in the session, she said that "massage is only beneficial of you go 3-4 times a week. Otherwise it is only good for relaxation", so I don't know if she chose not to do a proper deep tissue massage because she thinks it would be ineffective, or if she doesn't actually know how to do a deep tissue massage. I had to ask her three times to not stretch my joints as I am hypermobile (and I know my limits if stretching) before she finally stopped stretching them without my consent. She then proceeded to share with me that she "knows all about hypermobility since she was a gymnast as a child, and stretching is fine". She provided unsolicited advice outside of her scope of qualification, which isn't supported by scientific evidence regarding diet. When I probed further so that she could explain the science behind her suggestion, she simply said (in a patronizing way) "YOU need to read up on it if you want to understand" and wouldn't elaborate. Later in the session, when she was providing more unsolicited advice, saying how xyz will impact me when I have kids, I shared that I don't ever plan on having children. She proceeded to say that I will change my mind, that all women say that and that she had a friend who also said that and then changed her mind. Lastly, I have never considered myself sensitive to smell. But she completely dowsed my body in a foul smelling oil, which I could not tolerate. And I don't mean the amount of oil that's necessary to do a massage, she used it far in excess. I couldn't get most of it off at the end of the session. The clinic has you fill out a questionnaire before your first session with an option to toggle "sensitive to smell", consider checking it even if you aren't sensitive.

Came in for a lymphatic draining massage a few months back and it was an okay experience overall. The massage hurt & left me sore for a few days, which apparently isn’t normal for lymphatic draining. It also seems like therapists don’t read the form that you fill out, which makes it pointless. However, the receptionist was friendly & helpful with submitting to my insurance! Edit: I’m not unsure at all about my experience. What I’m unsure about is what you tried to achieve with your response? I know what the purpose of the lymphatic drainage is, thanks. That’s why I booked it. Maybe you don’t get LDM bookings very often. But since you mentioned it, I’ve indeed done two other lymphatic drainage massages at professional spas since then and both confirmed that the service was not performed correctly! And I actually left feeling relaxed, not in pain. LDMs are supposed to be performed using light pressure & supple movements, even a simple Google search will tell you… Removing one star for the condescension. Wishing you well!

Sadly, this felt like a waste of money. In over 45 years of getting massages, very few rank this low. Not sure my therapist has had professional training. It didn't appear she had knowledge of how to work the problems spots in the muscles.
