Nirvana Day Spa is my go-to! I’ve had great foot massages here, but this time I splurged on a full-body massage in a private room, and it was amazing. From the moment you walk in, the calming aroma and soft piano music make you feel relaxed. The owner is so welcoming, and the 90-minute massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. I left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to come back!

This is the #1 place for an excellent massage in Thousand Oaks! I have have been getting monthly massages here for several years and have never been disappointed. The therapists are experts in their field and understand the art and science of relaxing the body. The staff is friendly and respectful and the price does not break the bank!

The owner of this shop is very friendly, and the staff work diligently. You can also communicate with the massage therapist about the pressure you need, and they are very easy to talk to. It gave me a unique experience. I also had a facial treatment, mainly for moisturizing and whitening the skin. Their techniques are very professional and patient. I will visit this shop regularly.

This is my place of self care. I have been going here for 8 years. I always leave feeling restored and renewed. As soon as you walk in, it feels like you are a world away. It smells and sounds amazing. I love that there are options for the kinds of massage you can get. With your clothes on or off. I have brought others here and introduced them to massage this way (clothes on). I cannot reccomend this place enough. The owner is wonderful. I always feel cared for. And my body thanks me each time!

What a great massage! I selected full body for 90 minutes, and it was amazing. Very relaxing, soothing and melted the knots away. The massage therapist was very professional and warm. Thank you for making my day-I can’t wait to go back!

I went to Nirvana spa today after not being able to move my neck and upper shoulder for a whole week. I’ve tried all remedies and nothing helped. Yan finally had availability for me today, so I grabbed it. After one session of cupping combined with massage, I can move now and my neck no longer feels tight and painful. I’ve been going for years but never had time to leave a review, but today I really wanted to so those that are in pain can have another option to consider! And definitely ask for Yan, she does it very differently than other cupping and acupuncture places I’ve been to!

This is the best massage spot in all of Los Angeles. I’ve been to them all over my ten years of living here. I had a really bad snowboarding shoulder injury that has been bothering me for 3+ years. I tried everything- I went to chiropractors - did treatment.. got massages, but nothing worked. My girlfriend brought me to Nirvana and Tony has given me three massages on my shoulder and it feels Brand New. I no longer feel any knots or pain and I felt the difference from the first time Tony worked on it. He knows everything you need to know about helping heal pain through massage. That I can tell you! Thank you Tony!

I go to this spa once a month. It has a beautiful, relaxing ambience and I’m always able to just walk-in. The prices are amazing, I’m able to get a full-body 90 minute hot stone massage for 85 dollars. All of their massage therapists have been amazing, it’s been different most times. Michael was definitely my favorite though, for my pressure preference. Highly recommend!
