Good place. Very clean. Great therapists like Ghiselle. Great front desk staff and Natalie remembers everyone. Brook also has Ashley and Erin who are wonderful people on the Massage Heights team.

I had the most amazing massage with therapist Whitney! I came in with no specific pressure or technique and asked her to give me what she felt comfortable performing. I had to keep myself from falling asleep so I could experience the therapeutic and relaxing service she was providing. With a clean retreat, friendly front desk, and great massage therapist, I will 100% be back for more!

I had a deep tissue massage with the therapist Chi. Sheesh, she is incredibly strong! She was really able to get deep in there and fix me up. Super impressed! I was able to move in ways I didn't know were possible after I walked out of that room 10/10, I definitely recommend this place, Chi especially! Facility is super clean too, which is a big plus in my book.

Very disappointed at Massage Heights Rancho Peñasquitos and the receptionist attitude was unacceptable. Months ago I had a scheduled couple massage booked way in advance. The idea of booking an “appointment” in ADVANCE is to make sure you’re booked for the right service and correct time, and you use time productively. We are busy individuals. I received a last minute call from massage heights saying there’s a conflict of schedule. I talked to the manager and asked how could this be prevented in the future. It was properly addressed at the time. Again tonight, right there while we were waiting we were told our “couple massage” appointment had a problem! Really? It was found out last night. And they just saw it “now”…. Doesn’t make sense, does it? Why didn’t they call me earlier as there was plenty of time to correct it? They asked the other couple if they wanted two separate rooms or reschedule. They said no and then asked us. Why not look who booked in advance? Even then, why book many people at one time? Very frustrating and unacceptable. Seems like it is not very organized. The receptionist was rude. I don’t recommend this place. The reason why I’m sticking with them for a while is because I have many accrued unused hours from my monthly membership. Go find somewhere else for better service.

This is one of the best massage facility, very clean, soothing and relaxing. Very friendly staff. Master therapist Joseph was just amazing. Also every master therapist I have visited (Samaji and Mera) have been exceptional !! Thank you guys !!

I received a massage from the massage therapist Lisa C and a facial from the esthetician Lisa B and both were incredible!! I had chronic back pain for months leading up to my appointment, and walked out feeling like I had a new body. As for the facial, my skin has never felt more hydrated than after Lisa B did her magic -- the hubby said I was glowing ;). Both Lisas were incredibly professional and friendly. The front desk was very kind and accommodating. I was a little nervous going into my first massage, but they made me feel super comfortable and ready and I ended up signing up for a membership as soon as I walked out of my session!!

Olga and Jade is amazing ! I got my prenatal massage and prenatal facial here. They are very gentle, so if you are a Mama who's looking for just relaxation and not have to worry about harm to the baby; you can definitely trust this place. They use safe/ mildest products on your face and with the massage, my therapist listened to my request to make sure I was the most comfortable. I signed up for a year after this and I'll be a regular before I get more busy with two children.

I came in for a massage to see Colby on 11/1 and he was absolutely phenomenal! He uses amazing technique to pinpoint your concerns and leaves you feeling not only relaxed but rejuvenated!
