Awful service!! Asked for 15 minute chair massage…the guy who was giving me my massage wanted to stop after 12 minutes. When I told him I set my timer for 15 minutes and I had 3 more minutes, he didn’t want to offer me the remaining time. I paid him for the full 15 and he became irate when I didn’t offer him a tip!!! I told him I didn’t even get my full 15 minutes. He Started speaking fast Vietnamese!!!! Take your money where you will receive better service and care!!! Not worth it!!!

I used to love this place, the massages are great! BUT… over the past few years, they have started to be very pushy with up charges and more time. I went today, the masseuse was good at first, then he started to push the tiger balm and oils. Tiger balm extra $10! I can buy this on Amazon for $6-7, and it does not escape me that this is a service, but when I have to say no about 10 times between the oil and the tiger balm, I am no longer relaxed. Once I refused, he started to talk to his colleagues and the massage started to be very rough. I was there for 45 body and 45 feet. He tried, yet again, to push me for 60 min body 45 feet. I had to again tell him no many times. Unfortunately, due to my experience today, I cannot visit again. I should only have to decline the offers of up charges one time. Not 10+ Thank you for your many years of service, but this is no longer for me.

I had a back massage with Peter. He did a fantastic job and really knew what he was doing. He took most of my knots and tight spots out of my back/neck. Some people complain that this business massages are too rough and experience soreness the next day, but that's how you can tell that the massage therapist is going all in and working those tight muscles. Always tell the massage therapist what you want before you start, even if you have to explain it a few times. Communication is key. I highly recommend Peter and will be going back on a regular basis.

So the best part of the Brandon Mall is this place. If you are looking for a great strong massage then this is the place you want to come. They have chair, table and foot massage along with a combination of these. It is for a great price as well. You will not find a better massage in town. It is down at the end of the mall where Sears use to be

Stay away they up charge service provided. They will keep asking for tips.when you do tips they ask for more money. There is a $3.90 charge if you use you card. They didn't inform me of that before swipe my card. No sign in the store saying that there extra fee for card uses. The place is not clean or well maintained. They keep the door open. All the noise from the playground in front of the store come right in making it hard to relax. Don't get like them use the "Chinese medicine" they will charge you $10 to $15. I been come to this place since 2016 to present. When a coworker told me about them. But the service has gone way down. The AC doesn't work in the store so be prepared to sweat. If they keep this up with the bad service and secret charges. They will end up just like the old Sears store next to them close permanent. You have been warned ⚠️ Enjoy

Mao is very good for deep tissue & table for getting those tough stubborn muscles. Lillie is wonderful for chair (definitely 1 of the best deep tissue chair) & is very good at finding specific location of pain. Jenny is also fantastic at working out areas you didn't even know had knots. Grace does a wonderful full body rub even during a chair massage. Nemo is great for giving your feet a full and INTENSE deep issue but be ready for the pain cause those muscles are next level sensitive. Nemo is definitely worth the intensity in the long run because the results last. Just breathe through it. Peta has strong thumbs but caution he's not good w/ time awareness so you might end up needing more time just to finish your other side.

I paid for a 45min table massage it was clearly like 38 min later when he said ALL DONE, but I wanted to get out of there anyway. My person was extra rough after I said softer (mind you he understood) but he kept being rough to the point it hurt, yeah idk if I’ll return. Didn’t even enjoy it to be honest. Lower back feels bruised

I usually go to the Blue Danube Spa. They were booked, and my wife is over here at the mall and I happen to walk by this place. They had good prices so I figured, why not right? That was the best decision I made all day, not only are the prices great, the massage was amazing! I've been having a lot of issues with my back, due to being so physically active. This the first time I've been able to move in months without my body hurting. Absolutely recommend this place 100%
