I had a great massage experience with Fatima. Awesome deep tissue massage . She is a highly skilled professional with excellent customer service skills. I truly enjoyed the nice ambience and the peaceful atmosphere of the place.

Absolutely horrible phone etiquette. Carlos song of the phone three times on me just for asking a very simple question. The question I asked, "was if they do targeted upper neck back massages" I never did get an answer but I'm kind of glad now, shows the lack of professionalism in this business by the one person that's that face

Ami was absolutely fantastic! Very professional and the attention to detail was truly an amazing experience. She found and released knots i didnt even know i had. Thank you so much for such a great experience at Massage Haven!

Horrible! Very frustrating situation. Let’s start with Belkis is amazing. She truly gives great massage. However! I had an appointment at 4pm! And another man came at the same time. She told me you can come later at 5! I explained to her I had an appointment at 4pm. Belkis, did not honor the appointment, and asked me to leave!! Just because another man came at 4pm without an appointment. Horrible service, not profesional at all! I’m still angry

My initial experience was not great. I attempted to make 2 appointments online. The first I confirmed my paypal information and was told the time was no longer available but was charged anyway. The second was placed correctly but I received a confirmation email immediately followed by a cancellation email that I didn't initiate and was charged for it. After emailing them and not getting a response for a few days I tried their text contact. Shortly after sending my text I was called by the owner who was very apologetic about the whole situation and we were able to take care of everything. As for the actual massage I have an appointment tomorrow so will have to update this review afterward. Edit: I have just returned from my massage and it was fantastic. Staff were all very nice and polite. Owner even called staff at the end of my massage to speak to me and see how everything went. They clearly are very well managed and are willing to take every consideration to fix an issue that comes up.
