VIP Spa Massage

I passed by last Friday. It was wonderful experiences. I got aromatherapy treatment with hot stones. Ask for Vivian, she is professional masseur. The hot stones released whole body, special lower back pain. I definitely will be back. They changed new management, store is opened until late night. It was very convenient for everybody who finish work late.

Walked in because my kids go to the Kung fu school next to it. Didn’t know about it and I really needed a massage so I figured instead of waiting for my kids to finish, I could get a massage. Needless to say, it was worth it. I’m no massage expert but I felt they did a great job and I am definitely coming back. My only other experience I can compare with is my experience with massage envy 3 years ago, and I was not happy with their massage and their pricing scheme... this was a better value and a better service with upfront pricing. I spoke to the the person who gave me the massage and she told me that they were new, and had just opened a month or two ago and had recently bought the business from the previous owner. However, as I write the review I noticed I noticed the older reviews... these guys are not the same management. So whatever negative or positive reviews they may have last year don’t really apply here. I recommend that they change their name and add “massage” to the name of their business so it’s easier to find in google search... and erase the older reviews so it can’t be confused with the new business. Anyways, I recommend their services and hope they do well.

GReat and amazing massages here! I have been coming here for some years now, and everyone is nice and friendly. All the massage therapists have been great and listen to your concerns. They apply healing hands exactly as you request it. You can purchase multiple massages in 1 shot to get a discount. The owner is a super nice guy and accommodates us even with last minute appointments! Excellent service, highly recommended!

Love it here !! I'm a member and have not regretted once. Best massage in North Miami at a reasonable price. I just had the most amazing massage by Vivian! She knows so many different styles and methods that combined it made for the most unique massage I have ever experienced. I left feeling refreshed and renewed. The spa itself is very beautiful and clean. Definitely worth checking out and maybe even signing up for the membership since you get better pricing that way as me. It's so peaceful and calm in the spa, and the music is very soothing. I've never had a Poultice massage before. It reminds me of an oversized sachet tied up in a knot and applied with pressure and heat. It smelled great with oils and herbs. I had recently returned from my first trip in New York, and it was perfect for all those achy muscles after traveling. Vivian used deep pressure in some spots, though was attentive to my requests for a light touch where necessary due to sports injuries. This seems like the happenin' place! I will be back for sure!

I called the location and simply asked if there was a manager on staff and if there were any positions for hire, the woman who picked up just hung up on me with zero explanation. After calling back to see if it was an error on their part we were greeted with even less enthusiasm and when we asked fora manager we were told there isn't one that we could discuss our frustrations with. So II was hung up on and not helped one bit. I would not recommend any place that would be so quick to hangup on anyone asking a question. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The man was very rude when I called to make an appointment. He wouldn't allow me to schedule two appointment at the same time. I wanted to use both of my Groupon, one was a gift for my mom and the other was for me. He also called me the day of two hours prior to my mother's appointment and cancelled stated the therapist was sick. When asked can he get a backup he said no one was available.In regards to rescheduling he told to get my money back from Groupon and that I wouldn't feel comfortable. Thanks Alfonzo/Alfonso that's what you said your name was. I'm big on customer service..

Talented Therapist was able to find every trouble spot in my banged-up body without any instructions. Soothing pain relief to where I was falling asleep & let me rest there without rushing me out. Decor is tasteful, Atmosphere very calming, and they cater to couples too. Will definitely return and give as gift.

This place should go out of business!! The guy on the front desk- owner he claims to be- is the rudest and disrespectful person!! He has no idea what customer service means!! No manner at all. He barely speaks English too! He must learn the language and go to some sort of training in the business to learn how to treat customers and be respectful!! IT is a total disgrace to have someone like him at such business that involves manners, professionalism, decency, customer service and reliability!!!! I booked and appointment with him for today, Monday, at noon. He called like an hour prior to the appointment to cancel. Against my will he rescheduled for 3:30 PM and when I got there, he plainly said he will have to reschedule again. When I argued with him, he asked me to call Groupon for a reimbursement, he also said he'll call himself, and asked me to step out of his business in order for me to place the call. He also said he did not want to give me any service in his spa! Claiming he is the owner, he missed his real purpose in life!! He clearly hates women. The way he treated me leaves many questions in my head in regards to the real reason for the business to exist!! I will make sure everyone all over the Internet and at Groupon knows better and never ever again try any coupon for that place! As I came to this site, I had the chance to read several other reviews. How come Groupon still accepts that business promoting themselves on the site? Awful place!!!! Disgusting front desk-owner-attendant!!!
