I had a fantastic experience for my birthday! The massage was a perfect 10/10, and the customer service was equally outstanding. The therapist not only provided an amazing massage and effective stretches but also took the time to make me feel special by giving me a beautiful rose for my birthday. We even took some pictures together! The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to family and friends. Thank you again—I feel brand new! ---

I’m so incredibly disappointed! First of all, I will start by saying that both ladies were incredibly kind to me. I decided to wait a day to post, so that my review wouldn’t be emotional and I could focus just on my service and experience. Not how incredibly irritated I was. I made an appointment for a 60 min fee tissue bc of how much my hips and ankle have been hurting at the moment. My massage started with someone walking right in before I was under the table. No knock, no anything. right in. lol. No big deal. That’s not that serious. The intruder doesn’t introduce themselves just gets to work by climbing on the table and getting right on my back. I’m thinking……maybe it just starts like that……I mean, it’s not a little whole in the wall, it said wellness spa, so I’m assuming it’s traditional massage therapy and I did sign up for deep tissue, plus the place has a 5 star review! I’m thinking, maybe she starts off like this…..well, she proceeds to stay on my back for about 10 minutes and then starts heading to my legs. I finally ask, are you just staying on my back the entire time, bc she is no lighter than me, I’m a size 4, she might have been doing he same, I was starting to feel her weight, and that’s not what I paid for! She then says yes. I said, no. I don’t want you on my legs and I don’t want you standing on my back anymore. She gets off and starts to massage me. The passage is like a light tough massage, over the blanket. I’m wondering what the heck is going on! I finally say, this is a Swedish massage, not a deep tissue. It was clear, she had NO earthly idea what she was doing. As soon as I was done speaking, someone pops the door open. She asks me, what the matter. Almost, liked they were standing on the other side. I told them that it wasn’t a deep tissue. She immediately starts working on my shoulder. Again, WEIRD! She works on my shoulders and neck very aggressively, again, not a deep tissue, just a hard pressure Swedish massage. Again, she gets on the table to straddle me. Never in my life! The phone outside the room rings, my previously departed massage person opens the door and comes back to drop of the phone and chat while the new one is massaging me! About 10 minutes go by, she keeps going along not doing what I am supposedly paying for bc she clearly doesn’t know how to do it, the phone, now apparently laying besides me, rings! AND SHE ANSWERS IT AND HAS A FULL CONVERSATION AND BOOKS SOMEONE WHILE WORKING ON ME!!!! What on MY STARBUCKS LOVING WORLD!!!! She then said she’s giving me a free scrub bc it’s the day before Thanksgiving. at this point, I’m so over, I could care less. I get the scrub, I get massaged with the scrub and , honestly, the leg scrub I get while she applying the scrub was the best part of my morning. Not worth the money I spent for a supposed full body deep tissue massage though. From there, I went the scrub wiped off and in thinking, were done but then I get flipped over and get stretched, again very good part. But yet again, not sure that it was worth the cost of my full massage. While she continues to work on me, I’m now laying in sand from the scrub. She extended my massage from 60-90, but does it even matter when I didn’t get what I thought O was getting and he customer service Was atrocious and it is not clear to me that anyone actually went to massage therapy school? I honestly do not think I should have had to pay since it was obvious that they were not capable to providing the service that they advertised for. It was false advertisement.

I would highly recommend Meet Wellness Spa in Frisco. The service & massages are outstanding and personalized to meet your specific needs. Their facility is clean and well-operated with the highest degree of professionalism. Sophia is truly amazing at her craft!

Not only was the massage 100/10 but the customer service was just as good!!! She stretched me, and massaged me really well. She took her time and was very patient. The setting and atmosphere was great as well. I will be returning and even sending family and friends her way as well. Thank you again!!! I feel brand new.

Sophia did a great job with my Swedish/ Thai massage with hot stones and aromatherapy sessions. I will definitely recommend you try her as I am 100 percent coming back. She took her time and the environment was clean and spa focused

Sophia is awesome masseuse. Will definitely be back just to get massage from her. Felt energized and relaxed. Music, Ambience, massage table bed are top notch.

I received a Groupon as a gift and I wasn't really sure what type of massage I was expecting. I received the Thai & Swedish hot stone with aromatherapy massage, it was so good!! She did amazing, the strength the has is great. I didn't realize so many muscles hurt until she worked them out. I feel great now.

This was really helpful and made me feel so much better after! As a full time dancer, I get so sore but her knowledge and ability for massages made me feel much relieved after. I have to come at least once a week and this is truly the best massages I have ever had! Highly recommend you try this.
