I have been coming to Kirsten for a few months now and I have to say it’s the best decision I’ve made. I’m back active again n the gym and appreciate these recovery sessions. She attentive, friendly, and very professional. She is very detailed and remembers my problem area but always ask me what we want to cover each session to ensure I’m satisfied with service. 10/10 please go see her ASAP!!!!

In an unfortunate circumstance my husband and I had a mixup with our reservation. I was told by the on-site staff I would still be charged due to their cancelation policy. After expressing my concern of the mix up the owner called me within minutes and offered a refund. I was very pleased with the professionalism and quick response. If in Charlotte again I will book again.

This is a fantastic place to get a massage. It’s not a mass production massage place. Each therapist provides individualized treatment. The therapist that I see, Sara, is extremely knowledgeable about bones and muscles, and how the body works. Her hands on skill is superior. Whatever issue I come in with, by the time I leave it’s either gone or much better. While I’ve only seen Sara, others I know have gone to other therapists at this location. From their information, I would say the whole staff are well-trained, conscientious, and have “the touch”. With Sara, I’ve had both the regular massage and neuromuscular massage - used to treat a particular post car accident problem. I always leave feeling relaxed, mellow, and over all better. I believe I recovered quicker from the car accident injury (pulled shoulder and strained bicep) because of the neuromuscular technique. Note: there are multiple modalities available offered by different therapists. .

Kirsten. Wow. Today was my first visit with her and I impressed to say the least. It was not my first massage by any stretch, but it was the first time someone actually felt and worked with what my body was telling them. She’s fun, professional and so easy to vibe with. Guaranteed to not disappoint! Thank you, Kirsten!

I tweaked my back, and was struggling to walk without it feeling stiff/compressed. After Kirsten’s massage I was walking like I had never injured myself. She does an incredible job and communicated well about pressure. I will absolutely be booking future massages with her.

Highly recommend! This place is amazing! I had my first appointment with Sophia and I must say that after my 90 minute session I feel like a new man. I wish I would have started sooner, but I will be on a monthly schedule from now on. All the staff were very professional and the atmosphere is perfect!
