Shannon is a very professional health care provider. She listened to my requests and took them to heart. She continually sought feedback on ways to improve her service and kept in touch even through Covid. Her rates are very competitive and for the quality of service they are a bargain, Her clinic is immaculate and her interpersonal skills are exceptional. I highly recommend Shannon without reservations.

Shannon is a very skilled therapist that quickly finds the important places to focus on. First time I've tried this type of massage and so far results seem to last longer than a conventional massage. Clean, quiet, effective, and great location. Definitely recommended.

Shannon does an amazing job working on my stiff and damaged body parts. It has helped my flexibility and function so much! It’s both a relaxing and therapeutic experience.

Shannon is excellent!!!!!! She took the time to listen to my current issues/pains and was really mindful of them. She also offered interesting insights to body function and movement. Often times I feel very heavy and worse off after a massage, but that definitely was not the case with Shannon! I left feeling more relaxed and lighter after her massage. Don’t hesitate to book with her!

My time under Shannon’s care was definitely time well spent. Her personal approach to helping me identify the areas of pain and how best to improve my overall healing.

Shannon is the BEST. I have seen her for neck stiffness, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, and headaches at different times, and she always knows exactly what to do. I always walk (or float) away feeling so much better. She is a true professional with a soothing demeanor in a comfortable setting. I would (and do) enthusiastically recommend her to anyone.

Shannon is incredible with her attention to detail and diagnosing how to best address pain in your session. She personally alleviated major upper back pain for me that was likely from stress at my work. She is so knowledgeable about body care. Best of the best in Boise!

You gotta come here. Like GOT-TUH. Like ^ book ^ it ^ now ^ because she fills up fast’n’far-out and THEN flip back here to learn all the details of the brilliant decision you just made… Shannon: Shannon is a very compassionate and naturally empathetic person who is extremely passionate about and dedicated to her craft and to her clients. From the MOMENT you walk in to your first session, you feel her genuine care and see her heartfelt commitment to your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. She is not just a great masseuse. Shannon’s a great person, and that I think naturally has developed her INTO a great masseuse. Bodywork: Shannon employs a highly educated & informed, very effective balance of science and intuition. She has an advanced and varied skillset and is thus able to incorporate multiple techniques, perspectives, and modalities. But she doesn’t merely USE these multiple tool-sets, like some massage-genius robot. It’s more like she’s an artist; she’s able to blend them all together and transition seamlessly from one to the next as needed during a single massage, like she’s weaving some sort of magnificent ombré tapestry. It’s super awesome and great and you’ll love it and you better appreciate it... She’s pulled moves on me I’ve never seen before. She’s also found the tiniest, most obscure little bundles of cells that nobody else has ever reached, and gently invited them to relax & tenderly shepherded them there. She can get in there deep, and she can stretch some serious stretch, but on the flip she also has that nimble, gentle, almost-imperceptible touch of a cranio-sacralist. Her hands are nuanced, and dance the entire spectrum of pressures and practices, pin-pointing your specific needs, not only overall big-picture, but even for that particular DAY. I’ve had chronic pain and tension for over a decade, and she has found pathways to provide relief that no other provider, practitioner, or pain-specialist has during all that time of frantic appeal. Shannon’s touch and technique are unique and you deserve to experience it. Space: Shannon’s space, like Shannon, is unique among massage therapists. It has a much more homey, organic, handmade feel to it. Her table looks and feels more like a cottage bed than a table. The face cushion isn’t vinyl-covered foam, rather a ring of billowy cotton pillow. The ankle/knee support is the same: just a simple, soothing, soft pillow. Everything is very gentle, very safe, very comforting. Instead of a modern, spartan landscape, you feel a warm embrace from the space itself. Location: The building itself is like whatever, uh who cares: it houses that gentle paradise of care and healing four floors up… But. There is a coffee shop below where you can knock off before or after your session. Or even chiller, you can do the same over at the park (Cecil D. Andrus) across the street. It’s a dope way to get some grass under ya and trees above, and kinda round out your therapy day. You just gotta come here.
