Healthy Center Massage Therapy

Love everyone here! I get acupuncture done and massages. They listen, and really do help alleviate pain and want to help with long term chronic pain. I recommend trying each massage therapist out to see who you like best. I believe they have 4 in total that work there. All are great for very different reasons. I tend to rotate the massage therapist depending on what I need the most. Like do I need more physical relief, more emotional relief, or both or other medical health concerns. Nicole and Lilly are great for the full body massage experience. Nicole massages based on what she feels. She is extremely in tune with the body and knows where to focus the most. Lilly is great as well. She has taken some of Nicole's skill sets and made them her own. She does a lot of deep tissue massages and tried to help with chronic pain as well. The other 2 I have not seen as frequently. My husband though sees Stephanie. She is also in tune but has some unique massage techniques that really work for my husband. She helps with emotional release as well. Sandra I saw once but she also did a good job. She was very professional, made sure I was comfortable and not pressing too hard in areas that were tender. She made sure that I was comfortable. Like I said, you can't go wrong with any of them. All great!

I have had the same massage therapist for 20+ years. When she recently retired, I was lost. My brother gifted me a visit to Healthy Center when I moved to Mount Vernon, so I booked an appointment with Stephanie. She was exceptional, and it was glaringly obvious that she knows exactly what she is doing. I am elated to have found her, and grateful for the relief and information she provided. Nicole is absolutely FANTASTIC! She knows just what you need, she communicates with you to see what you need and is so knowledgeable! It's clear she really cares about her clients' overall health! Her experiences abroad and her studies have made her a top notch massage therapist and acupuncturist! I have had many massages all around the world and she is still my favorite! Nicole has been the only person in a long line of therapists and doctors and could even come close to telling me what's wrong with my back and hip. The office is very calming from the moment you enter. I've been treated with both accupuncture and massage therapy, and all my experiences have been wonderful. I cannot say enough positive things about Nicole and the other girls here. I drive about an hour to get here for my treatments and it is worth every mile!!

Love this place. Already seeing great results after a handful of Apts. I've had massages, acupuncture and foot detox bath. Highly recommend all of the above.

Nicole was phenomenal. I came here for acupuncture therapy for the first time a couple of months ago and she helped me to relax immediately. Very skillful, knowledgeable, and calming. Absolutely will be back.
