L7 and Luisa Vargas is absolutely amazing! There is a difference when you find someone with deep knowledge and unparalleled skills who also cares about the individual. There is a reason professional athletes trust her and go to her to maximize their performance. I have had a number of back issues and need a right hip replaced this year. She has been exceptional at addressing my injuries and making me as mobile as possible. If you are thinking of seeing her, don't hesitate! She is very accommodating on scheduling, but do book early as she is in high demand.

Luisa is absolutely amazing and the best massage I have ever received. She is warm and welcoming and very easy to talk too. She listens to you about where there is any pain or soreness and comes up with a plan specially for you to address the issues. She uses many different techniques, with massage, stretching, hot stones, cupping, etc… bases on your individual needs. She has such a great understanding of the human body which shows in her techniques. She is so much better then going to any spa treatment out there because your treatment is designed for you and not a standard massage from a spa that you pick from a menu.

I've been a client of Luisa's for close to four years now. She is very good at finding the source of your issues and working on them with deep tissue massage, while at the same time being attuned to your body and how you are responding to what she's doing and adjusting as needed. She shows a deep caring for the welfare and comfort of her clients. Luisa has worked on some really challenging issues on my aging body and has helped me a lot. I have been seeing Luisa for the past 3 years. She is incredible. She puts her heart and soul towards the massage and tries to heal the clients body in whichever she can. I have had many therapists in the past but I can definitely say that Luisa is the best. If you enter her facility in pain you will definitely leave her facility without any pain. She uses her own oil and is never miserly about how much oil she uses. She will definitely soak you in oil. That is how generous she is. Her massage is the most looked forward to activity in my week. Since I get relieved from any pains or aches I have. She is by far the best therapist and will continue to be her client.
