Lan Foot Massage Spa

Worst experience lack of customer service, l went in for a hand and foot massage, and asked to undress and after 8 redirects to request only hand and foot the lady continually attempted to give me a full body, took phone calls during the massage and texted then watched a movie during my massage. I wanted an hour and left after 24mins.

I went into the salon on a Sunday and the experience was awesome. Soft music, half body and half foot massage. I was so relaxed when I left. Very clean place, good prices and wonderful service. Everyone should try it yourself. I even bought two of my best friends a gift certificate so they coul enjoy and relax too!!!!!

My husband and I just left this place from a couples massage. I stressed that I did not want a deep tissue massage but that felt like exactly what I got. Not only did it hurt but the lady massaging me was on her phone the whole time and also left the door open while my naked body was fully exposed. I felt so uncomfortable.

Always a great experience here. I usually go in when my neck or back is hurting and they go in deep and get out the kinks. They are always polite and I've never had a bad experience. I would suggest paying cash though. Sometimes the debit holds more than what you pay for a couple days.

I usually enjoy coming here for a massage and usually leave a decent tip. My last visit I had to tell the lady she was hurting me and even after I told her, she continued to apply the same amount of pressure on my body. I did not enjoy it at all, so I left a small tip. She yelled at me and questioned me about it! If she would have listened to me it would have been different. Very unprofessional company. I won’t mind spending more money somewhere else. I will never go back!

I went in on 8/11/23 for a foot massage and was asked did I want to do the combo. I told her no the foot massage would be fine. Her attitude immediately changed. I then asked her was that ok and was there a problem, she said no. I sat down, she brought out the water for me to put my foot in and I sat there for almost 30 min before she came to start on my foot massage. I then asked her if my hr started at that moment and she stated "water" meaning it started when my feet hit the water. I would have been ok with that had it not been almost 30 min seeing as though the foot massage is only an hr. I grabbed my purse and left! Don't offer the service for an hr if you DON'T want to perform it!! I will not go there again! Bad Customer Service!

Not great. I’ve been having horrible shooting pains in my feet and legs and I really needed a good foot massage today. First she had me put my feet into scolding hot water. And when I told her it was too hot she seemed annoyed and went and got colder water, but it was still too hot after that. I could hardly feel any pressure when she was doing my left foot. I asked her to go harder after awhile and she seemed annoyed but did it. She only did my left foot for a short time then switched to my right foot and did the remainder of the time on my right foot so my left leg hardly felt release after. Then she went to get her phone and was typing on her foot while massaging me with one hand. Then the other massage girls would come in and chit chat together. It was interrupted so many times and it definitely wasn’t an hour long like I paid for. I was pretty disappointed and won’t be back.

the lady who massaged me was great but then when it was time for checkout she demanded i gave her a tip then tried to write down the tip when i was going to give her one she just didn’t give me a chance . and she laughed very weirdly and didn’t say anything when i told her to have a great day .
