I had A Great 1st Experience on yesterday. Lisa gave me the Best Massage & it put me to sleep. Lisa, Beth, & Davon had Great Customer Service. Thanks Team LaVida of Smyrna.

Outstanding service from the time I walked in until I left. The staff was welcoming, very professional, and friendly. The environment is very warm and inviting. Liz was very personable, informative and knowledgeable. She makes you feel completely at ease. I can truly say that this was one of the most effective massages I have had in a long time. She is an amazing masseuse, very attentive and sensitive to what your body needs, offering just the right amount of pressure. I was so relaxed after the end and had incredible results after one hour. Before she started, my muscles especially in my neck, shoulders were knotted and my back and leg muscles were really tight. I also appreciate all of the stretching tips that she provided. I highly recommend Liz. I will most definitely be going back to see Liz.

My husband booked a massage for me here as a surprise and it was good. I did not enjoy that my massage therapist talked through the entire appointment but she gave a good massage so I just accepted it. I decided to book another massage for a little over a month out after an overseas trip. Unfortunately, I came down with COVID after my trip. I called the same day as my massage was scheduled (because you can't exactly schedule out being sick) and was still charged a 30 fee for same day cancellation. I get that business have policies like this for a reason but I also didn't ask to get sick so there could have been some leeway. I won't be going back, would rather find another location that has a slightly more professional feel.

I do not typically write reviews, but feel compelled in this case. I have had a few massages here and each time have felt the service was subpar, not relaxing at all. The masseuses seem to rush through the massage, and they fumble around while switching positions - even moving a loud, squeaky chair multiple times throughout the process for them to be able to sit while massaging. As noted in another review, even the excess of talking and the volume that they use is disruptive to the process. Unfortunately, I have never had a tranquil and peaceful massage at this location, and thus have cancelled my subscription.

Ycienda got them hands! Best massage I've ever had! She deserves a raise! Hard to find hands and personality like that. 5 stars for her!

Had a great massage experience with Liz!!! I got a full body massage but explained my neck and shoulder issues and Liz listened to me. I have a 13 year old neck injury from a car accident. Liz help to relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders through pushing on the knots. My neck feels so good. I type and write a lot and she worked my forearms. She also did something that she didn’t have to do… she taught me a couple of neck and shoulder stretches. As this is a major pain point for me, I am so thrilled with her technique! I have already booked my appointment for next month.

I’ve never left a bad review in my life but they didn’t give me much choice and didn’t care to make things right. The woman who gave my massage didn’t even care to be there. I assume I was her last appointment of the day because there wasn’t any effort really. The best part is she went from massaging my feet straight to touching my face… oh so relaxing. When the owner Camila called she didn’t care to make things right or even offer to reimburse for the half service I got. Save your 90 bucks and go some place that cares about their customers. At least they gave me a cup of water on my way out though!
