I can’t say enough about how amazing this place was. Heather was super friendly and easy to book an appointment with over the phone. She created me when I arrived and went over everything. Everyone was wearing a mask, my temperature was checked and the place was spotless. The lunge area had tea, water, etc. and was very relaxing. I had Minh as my therapist and she was excellent. She made sure that the pressure was good and was magical at finding & working out the knots in my shoulders. The heated blankets were nice. I enjoyed this visit so much I signed up for the membership! I loved no one was pushy or trying to up sale anything like every salon I’ve ever been to. Can’t wait to come back!!

I just had my first massage here and holy moly this was the best massage ever. I really needed this and they were so kind and I felt so comfortable here. Highly recommend and worth the price. They also gave me stretches to help with my specific pain in the future. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars.

The staff are all awesome. The massages are incredible. The atmosphere is spa is relaxing. Wish i could afford to go weekly, its the highlight of my month with a very stressful job and life and I feel strongly that it benefits my overall health in dealing with many family or job related stresses.

I had a great experience at La Vida Sugar Hill. The serenity of the place can immediately be felt as soon as you walk through the front door. It’s clear the owner has paid a lot of attention to details throughout the spaces. There’s even a nice, relaxing lounge stocked with tea and hot chocolate. My massage therapist was Laura. She was very gentle and had good technique.

The entire team is super professional, efficient and friendly. They thoroughly take care of my husband and I every month. The membership is worth it. I have a very demanding and stressful job and he is very physical at both his jobs. We look forward to our visits to be spoiled with VIP treatment and having our aches and pains ‘pampered’ away. I would recommend this spot to all.

Being a traveling medical student, life during the pandemic has been tough. I didn’t feel comfortable getting a massage with COVID running rampant. However, at LaVida I felt very safe and comfortable with their pristine cleanliness and masking policies. I even went twice! My first 60 minute massage was with Leon and he was excellent with helping me recover from post-exercise soreness. He really knew what areas to focus on. His massage was unique to me in that he used some vibration when he focused on certain areas. This massage was more recovery focused than relaxation. A few days later, my second 30 minute massage was with Martiesa, who really focused on my legs and feet which have been really tight. As soon as I got off the table, I felt improvement especially in my range of motion. In just 30 minutes, she helped me relax both physically and mentally. My LaVida massage experience was excellent from the staff to the massage therapists to the ambiance. After both massages, I was able to relax for a bit in the members’ lounge. It was an added experience that I haven’t experienced anywhere else. This LaVida location really emphasizes the customer’s needs and comfort to have an overall well rounded experience. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Atlanta!

This place is great. My wife and I both got massages from Jesus. Fantastic and actually listens to what you need. The place is very nice and warm not chainlike. Friendly desk Five stars
