Novum Massage

My first massage with Cody was spectacular. It's the kind of treatment I always hoped was possible but never actually received. Cody is remarkable in his ability to apply strength with sensitivity. It was the kind of session I would only expect from someone who had worked on me for ages and knew me well. His instincts and talents, clear communication and kindness were all part of a truly healing experience.

I love Novum. The facilities are always clean and welcoming. Everyone is friendly. Rachel the receptionist is awesome. Linda the owner is awesome. Linda has paired me with wonderful therapists including Nana. Nana has a unique modality that pairs intuitive energy reading with what feels like a mixture of reiki, cranial sacral, tapping, polarity balancing and biofield energy healing. It’s as if her hands are ferreting out the energy blocks and pain gremlins to restore balance and relief. Her sessions also released some old emotional blocks that were affecting my body. She is delightful and I’m grateful for the work she has done and look forward to more sessions.

I absolutely loved my massage with Holly yesterday! She listened to my complaints about all my sore spots, which wound up not being the sore spots once she got working on me. I had a 90 minute session & left feeling like a limp noodle!

My husband and I have been Novum Massage clients for the past year and we highly recommend them. Cody Stennerson, in particular, has been a godsend! His targeted and effective technique works wonders to reduce my stress and untangle my knotted muscles. It's rare to find a therapist that not only attends to pressure change requests, but also offers a thorough, holistic massage that extends from the top of my head to the tips of my toes. When I say that Cody is terrific at what he does, I mean it! I always feel like I'm floating on a cloud when I leave his massage table.

Novum has quickly become my favorite massage place in Tucson, and I’ve been to a fair number of them here looking for the right masseuse for me. I have had massages with Rachel and Sun - both have amazing technique and are very intuitive with the body, able to tell what I needed better than I could express. I also like the way the membership program is structured, making it easy & low stakes. I won’t be searching anymore, Novum has won me over & I’ll be back here for my massage fixes!
