Spa Daze

First time visit was really awesome. Very welcoming reception area and my massage was incredibly healing. I have poor posture and carry a lot of stress. My massage therapist, Priscilla, spent time getting to know my history and is clearly knowledgeable and professional. I have already scheduled several more visits! Highly recommend.

Recently moved to Tucson and am so happy I found Spa Daze! As soon as you walk in the doors there is a sense of tranquility and peace. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Antonio is amazing! Highly recommend - I always feel centered and refreshed.

Every visit I've had with Kristi has been just what I needed. She always asks what worked last time and what I would like to focus on this time. She remembers well what she did in previous sessions. You'll find that from the moment you walk in the door (take a deep breath as it smells sooooo good!) you will be greeted with a calm and happy environment. The rooms are well-appointed and spacious. The only motivator for me to get off the massage table afterwards is that I'll get a lovely piece of chocolate!

Lovely & very welcoming space! Laura Boyle was amazing and customized my session to what I needed/wanted. It was a beautiful experience & very healing! I would highly recommend her for Reiki & massage.

AMAZING !!!!!! me and my boyfriend did a couples massage with Antonio and Laura and we couldn’t have asked for better people. The environment was so peaceful and they made sure everything was okay throughout the session. We don’t live here, but the next time we’re ever here we will definitely visit again. THANK YOU !!!

Shelby was very knowledgeable! Understood my needs and read my body with great accuracy. She understood the effects of PTSD and Rheumatoid Arthritis on my body and within one session I was able to stand up straighter and have more range of motion. I made it a point to come back once a month because it’s not about having a “girl day” it’s about restoring mobility and quality of life. Also the place was great, relaxing, and they were great hosts. Overall I felt absolutely spoiled.

I had a great massage with Ali! The front desk staff was also amazing. It’s a beautiful, welcoming space and I will definitely be back!!

I’ve been going to spa daze for two years and I won’t go anywhere else. They’re kind and peaceful and good listeners. Extremely educated about the human body. If I’m having any stress or pain they’re my first phone call.
