Chi Massage

First I don’t even know who I saw I never got a receipt and she didn’t tell me her name. She ran out the door and a guy checked my appointment out. This does not build consistent clients. I am one who gets spa massages with thick blankets over the sheet and heat to loosens the muscles. The staff made me feel like I had been here before and it was my first time; like I knew the protocol. Every place is different and every customer should be treated like a new customer instructions and all. This was my second time trying Chinese massage and last. Let’s say it did not feel professional I was cold during my massage with the A/C blowing on me with a thin sheet over me and did not feel relaxed or good when I left. I later had a crick in my neck that’s been now for 4 weeks. How is this normal? Now I have to see a chiropractor to fix whatever she did to my neck. I have never had this experience ever. If you don’t bring cash they’ll expect you to pay with Zelle or cc but with a $3 fee; no receipt btw. This is tacky. Just had the fee in the prices or cough up the cc tax it’s a business. Look for a local massage or spa massage place. I had better service at Fuwa. Guess you figured this but they won’t see my again. And I’ll be sure to speed the word.

Always professional, clean, and wonderful. Alice is so pleasant and accommodating; don't listen to the negative reviews...I think some people just like to create drama wherever they go.

One of the absolute best massages I have ever had. The techniques are unique and are very thorough in reaching deep tissue. Very receptive to any input that I had regarding my massage. Will definitely be back… I’ve already booked my next appointment!!!!

My wife and I have been getting our massage here for over 4 years. Our massage is always top notch. We had the pleasure of having our massage with Julie and Anna this time and was not disappointed. Julie gave my wife a combo and truly enjoyed the experience. My wife had a knee replacement and had been having issues with it, Julie massaged her knee and my wife said her knee has not felt this good in a long time, she did a great job. I had the pleasure of having Anna who did a great job. Anna was thorough and firm with her technique. I was stiff and hurting from some outdoors work but felt great after Anna worked her magic. I highly recommend either of these ladies for your future massage. A job well done.

Julie is wonderful but unfortunately she works for Alice. Alice is owner and runs a highly unethical practice. And she is rude and doesn't know a thing about service. She'll get an education from the AZ State Board once they address the complaint I filed in Phoenix. The owner replied that had a personal problem. It's not a personal and you will lose your license. And I bet Julie is not licensed and you don't treat her and the others properly.Keep your eyes open to see if you can determine who is the undercover agent.

Alice is always friendly and a great masseuse. Staff are very experienced.

We have had several massages with Ana and one a few days ago with Mae. They have both been incredible! They found and massaged out sore areas, used hot stones to soothe and massage, and we left feeling so fresh and new! Mae also used hot towels to soothe sore areas and absorb any massage oils. Ana has been absolutely amazing for my husband, using hot stones and cupping. It is through her suggestion that he sought and received the medical attention his back needed. She really worked areas on him that needed help and is absolutely amazing. We cannot say enough good about Chi Massage. Friendly, welcoming, super kind and awesome at what they do!
