What an amazing experience! The atmosphere is welcoming, Calm and peaceful. The staff is helpful and happy to share their knowledge. The treatments!!! I had no idea how much I needed my head and neck messaged. I am so looking forward to my next appointment.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and suuuuper zen. A very relaxing atmosphere. My head massage therapist was Anna. She was so gentle and has such a calming energy. I got the tranquility package which includes a face massage. I HIGHLY recommend treating yourself to this particular package and to see Anna, she will take excellent care of you. Thanks girl!! I will be back!!

If I could give more stars I would!!!! This was my first experience and Becky made sure it was worth every second! The vibe, the smell, the customer service……. All above and beyond! I go off of smell first walking into places, yes, sounds weird, but if it smell funny, I’m not staying! I will definitely be back and will only book with Becky!!!! Thank you for everything!!!!!!

100000/10!!!!! I first want to say my review would have been 2-3 stars as the first person who did my treatment, Luisa, didn’t do a great job. However, the manager, Becky, went WAY out of her way to fix it for me and redid my treatment on her own time. It was THE most relaxing experience and I will definitely be back! Amazing customer service and an amazing treatment. We are lucky a head spa like this exists in Phoenix! I did the $115 Tranquil Head Spa treatment.

I got the Tranquil package! I don’t remember who I got but I loved this! It’s like the ultimate hair stroking service. Very relaxing for people who have a sensitive head! I only wish the massage on the neck had more pressure, but that’s my own personal preference. Guys- buy your girl this. She will thank you!

You’d think a spa would be a place to relax but this place let my mom and I walking out of there with a headache. Literally. Paid $20 extra to get a scalp assessment which took less than a minute of the lady putting the camera up my scalp and not saying anything other than “that’s build up” which duh, obviously that’s why I am here, I expected something more professional along the lines of her explaining what type of hair I have and what needs and care I need to get but nope. However, I decided to get over it since it was my first time getting a head spa massage/cleansing, etc. and I was very excited. Once in the room she started the process, everything was going fine until she kept aggressively pulling on my hair due to the knots she made herself by brushing too rough. I expressed that it was hurting and all I got was a half assed sorry but she kept doing it. I kept thinking to myself to get over the little things and just relax and enjoy it but I physically couldn’t, it was hard to keep my eyes closed with how rough she was. The shoulder massage was not even there, she rubbed my shoulders for 10 seconds WITH the same stuff she put on my hair?? Also they advertise a scalp, neck and shoulder massage but the scalp and neck massage were non existent. I don’t even think I got the chamomile and lavender rinse like how they advertise it since they’re too rushed to finish up to tell you what they’re putting or doing to your hair. At the end of the treatment my mom and I were left with our shoulders and backs wet and a tender scalp, we had to dry our hair ourselves while the lady’s gossiped at the front desk. We also were given the same dirty brushes they used on us in the beginning to brush our clean hair in the end which obviously makes no sense, I asked for a new one which another lady was kind enough to give me but I don’t even think we should be given those brushes to begin with. I have read good reviews and I was unfortunate enough to have a negative experience. I don’t know if the lady with purple hair that I got was sick, recently broken up with or what but she also kept sniffing every 10 seconds and had the worst attitude, barely said a word, didn’t even introduce herself and seemed like she just wanted to be done with the service. I will say that my scalp feels very clean but it is also very sore a day later. Overall my opinion of this place it’s that they’re unprofessional and I’m sure I’ll never be back.

The customer service was great. With that said, I did the tranquil package with the professional blow out and extended shoulder massage. The head spa was an ok experience, but I would have preferred more tickles. The scraping hurt my head and although it got rid of the dandruff that was there, it left my head sore for a few days. My hair was left very oily at the end. The hot oil treatment was so extremely hot on one side that I thought it would burn me. The facial was great, but I broke out afterward. The extended shoulder massage was nice but not very thorough. I left the head spa experience to go to the front for my professional blow out, and it was anything but that. This seemed like an attempt at a blow dry, but it fell short of the blow out completely. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! IT IS JUST SOMEONE ELSE BLOW DRYING YOUR HAIR! On top of all of this, the blow dry is charged separately, and done by a third party, so you have to tip twice. Would not go back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is bucket list material! The entire spa treatment is luxurious and highly recommended from me, a hedonist! It was so comfortable and relaxing that it’s like a drug, I want to go every week! When I got home, my hair was so soft and manageable. Even my friend who has eczema was thrilled with her results. Can’t wait to go back!
