I had the worse experience here. Highly unprofessional (can’t express that enough). They should not be in business. The sheets were dirty. She was way too rough after I asked several times to be softer and I wanted medium pressure. The lady had no respect for privacy and walked in the room behind me as I was changing my clothes. She just walked in and didn’t warn me and started cleaning and watching me change. I felt soooo uncomfortable and violated. They have a shower service that feels so violating I can’t even write about it. I thought it was going to be something completely different. Then she attempted to force me to pay her the tip she wanted and pulled out a calculator. When I told her I was only giving a $10 tip and asked for my change for a $20 bill. She said no bye. I asked her to show me how much I gave her which was $90 and the service was $70. (Which was not worth the price) but being a service provider myself, I was still going to tip until she tried to keep my money and told me bye. I told her to lay out the money I gave her and she started yelling “this is for massage. This is tip” so I took the $20 tip back and walked out. She was yelling at me as I left out. I would not recommend anyone to go here at all. It’s my birthday and I wanted a relaxing experience and this was not it at all. I will never go back here. Update: This review better explains than I could. She was definitely touching too close to my private areas and the shower service was fully nude and just felt so uncomfortable.

I've been going here for years and I will say it was better before. I haven't been since last summer but went yesterday for a foot massage I was asked to pay and tip up front which has not been the case with prior visits. There is a huge language barrier with them having limited English. Therefore, I was not able to express my displeasure and confirm if this is a new practice. I told the woman that I will not tip until after my service but she kept pointing to the tip section on the receipt, then I was met with a look of disdain only after I said NO which was all she seemed to understand. I did notice that it is up to their discretion who they ask to pay up front. There was a younger guy who was already getting a massage when I walked in and I noticed him walking right out the door assuming he had paid before his service. There was an older gentleman who walked in to get a massage who was not asked to pay up front and was taken directly to the back. The foot massage was fairly decent but I won't be back since the woman was more concerned with me giving her a tip.

Never go here!!! full body massage only means back and back of legs. The lady touched me a little too close to private areas. The table shower is fully nude with no coverage or consideration for touch placement. Demands specific tip regardless of if you think they deserve it and will harass you until you do. I have never felt so unsafe. Super unsanitary as well. -3 days later update: The Manager did refund me for my bad experience and allow me to voice my opinions over the phone which was appreciated.

The lady was pretty good..but then she ask me if I wanted 30 more minutes cause of holiday as if she was giving me a discount but still charged me $90..then when I handed her $20 tip a little more then 22% .... she looked at me like are you kidding and laughed...and told me $40 for tip...I'm like.."are you telling me what tip I need to give you?" She said yes and when she seen I was annoyed she said okay $30. I kindly said okay..took my cash back and walked out. WORST experience. Not to mention she was hacking up a lung during the massage. Still gave her benefit of the doubt..even after I read all the reviews I still went..and all the bad experience I read are all the ones I had..so clearly the don't really fire staff they just say that..terrible place and completely UNPROFESSIONAL..will be reporting them.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Stay away from here, they are very unprofessional. Demanded a higher tip when she had already been given $20 cash for an hour massage for one person. She got very mad and caused a scene at the front counter. She was demanding that I add a tip to my card but since I gave her cash I refused. Once the bank finalized the charge, I realized once I left they added their own tip for an additional $20.

I've been here several times and never had an issue. Just walked in asking for an hour massage and the woman (1st time seeing her) said I needed to pay first. I told her that I've never been asked to do that and she just started shaking her head and saying no. I promptly walked out. I'll keep my suspicions of why she did that to myself but either way they've lost a customer.

I have to say the first two times I went I had a great experience. Today I went expecting the same and that is not what I got. I told my therapist that my neck was bothering me the most and she spent the last 3 minutes massaging my neck. I also asked for more pressure and she said yes but the pressure never changed. After asking 5 different times I stopped asking. At the end when I was going to pay and talk about how my neck still hurt she told me to be quick because she needed to use the bathroom. I have to say that I hope this experience was just an off one and not going to become the new norm.

I have been going to Massage Quest for the past 10 years and, until the last year or so, have been very pleased with the service and price. Lately, though, the staff is rushed (short handed) and often leave the room in the middle of giving me a massage to tend to other customers or those entering the spa. It is very disruptive to the massage experience let alone takes away time from my hour massage -- it's not like they add extra minutes to your massage to replace the time they left the room.
