Last weekend I had a massage treatment given by Carlos. It was a full-body deep tissue massage that combined multiple techniques such as sports massage, medical, deep tissue, hot stones. I’ve got absolutely fantastic experience that exceeded all my expectations. My body feels so much different. The pain is gone and the tension is gone as well. I feel more relaxed and my mind is clear and calm. This massage session was very therapeutic and helpful. I feel like a new person now. Carlos is highly professional, his abilities, skills, knowledge and experience impressed me. I can definitely highly recommend him as a massage therapist.

I have been getting massages for over twenty years and Carlos is, by far, the absolute best massage therapist I’ve ever had. He is warm, intuitive, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I not only left our session feeling incredible; I also left with some tips about how I can continue to care for my problem areas. Carlos is a highly skilled masseuse - he knows how to adapt to different areas of stress in my body using a variety of tools and pressure. I've never experienced hot stones in the way he uses them, and fell asleep on the table for the first time! He's untangled a very tight neck that's given me so much relief. I leave his table feeling lighter, more at ease, and honestly - happier. Carlos has a calm safe energy, a lovely relaxing office space, and I really believe he's a rare find.

Carlos is an absolute expert! I’m 36 weeks pregnant, and have seen him 3 times so far and feel tremendously cared for. I even got a massage for my husband and mom from him because he made such a big difference, and they both cannot stop raving about how wonderful he was. It’s so wonderful to finally have someone I can go to on a regular basis and trust full heartedly. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience at Elevate and Renew. The space is clean, quiet and calming. I have done two sessions so far and loved both. I appreciate the time that goes into just checking in before the massage to see where your body is and what your specific needs are for the session.

I had gone to a couple of other places for a massage and they made the situation worse and aggravated a few of my problem areas. At this point I was desperately trying to find a good massage when I decided to try Elevate and Renew. I was nervous it would be another bad massage. However, to my surprise I was so impressed with Carlos and my massage, he is a true professional that knows exactly what he is doing. His entire vibe and message is the best I have ever experienced. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough how amazing my massage was with Carlos! He has amazing hands and very good energy. He makes you feel comfortable from the start and makes sure to pinpoint all the areas that need work and attention along with suggestions on how to maintain once you go home. I’ll definitely be going back for more!

Great attention to detail, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Carlos takes the time to get to know his patients, and adjust his sessions to fit the needs of who he works with. Will definitely be coming back!
