I've been here a few times now, and I'm always impressed at how different each visit was - as each visit focused on helping me with a different body problem I was having. It wasn't just a "routine" checklist of motions that I often feel I get at other places. PS: I leave feeling better every time.

Went here for a massage and it was ok. What I didn't like was they had me pay before any service was done. The second thing was she wanted to dictate what the tip was going to be. I will not be going back. I wanted to tip her in cash...she lost out . I gave her the tip she asked for versus what i was going to give. Lesson for business let people give you what they want not what you think you should have.

Not well trained as Masseuse. I will give them three stars for effort. I have regularly received Massages since 1996. Being newly Relocated to Rockford, IL I will not return to the Sun Spa Massage. Further she was not pleased l gave her only $5 tip. I paid $80 for an unpleasant Massage. I think $5 was appropriate.

Very Clean! Welcoming Women at entry. Masseuse was brilliant! She had very strong hands and great technique. Warm and inviting ambiance in room. I got the hour deep tissue and was beyond impressed and satisfied with her service. I definitely recommend visiting the Rockford location. I will be visiting again!

The massage was GREAT but the environment could have been better. For example, I could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in other rooms. No soft relaxing music, I felt cold, the privacy was an issue as well. Not used to just being exposed when working on one body part. Also when walking out of the room in the middle of getting a massage I was left semi uncovered on the table (I had to cover myself). For this reason, I will not return. Feeling relaxed, comfortable having a soothing experience is just as important as getting a massage. It’s what you pay for.
