This is by far the worst massage/customer experience I’ve had. - I called for a 3pm appointment (1hour), when I get there, I had to wait >20 min. - she put me in a room, I go in the massage table and then she walks in asking me to go to reception to pay it BEFORE - I’m already on the massage table when she told me this, which is odd - as you usually pay after. - I put back my clothes and, regrettably paid this SCAM. - She then finishes the massage in 20 minutes (coming in and out of the room during the massage to answer the door/phone) - charged me for 60 minutes and asks for a tip, which is surreal. - I said that I wanted my money back - or at least one third of the amount, as I spent one third of the time there on a terrible massage. She said I could get credit for next time!!! This place is a scam. The massage was extremely unprofessional- and I’ll - for now - stop this review here. I think it’s enough for most people to understand what I mean. Learn how to treat customers. Be professional.Hope this scam goes out of business! Don’t waste your time.
