I did my nails here. And it honestly wasn’t that bad…at first. However I do not recommend it here because not only does the place feel sketchy like everything hidden in the back and a bunch of boxes and NO ONE there ever. MY MAJOR PROBLEM, was how they forced me to tip them. And when I was giving them a tip ant first they said it’s too little. They anlso wanted me to give them cash, for a tip, like they did not want me to tip them through my card, and that was weird. Only for me to find out after putting my card in, that I could have chosen my own tip. So they MADE me tip them, much higher than I wanted to, and that ended up racking my bill an extra 40 dollars higher. Also I was charged me 95 dollars for manicure AND pedicure, which caught me off guard because their pedicure and manicure lasted like 10 minutes each. I am not joking. They didn’t even scrub my feet. All they did was remove cutículas, soak and file. Then added a common lotion you can get yourself for leas than 10 bucks at CVS. So it’s not worth what you’re paying. I liked my toes, But then I don’t know what they used but ever since they haven’t fully dried ever, like no matter what I touch, it sticks on my nails. And just an hour after doing my nails, stuff were still sticking they looked like I had them done a week ago, but my friend did the exact same thing with a different person there and didn’t have an issue so I don’t know. It was a lame experience and I could have paid for much less i’m a much better place. Don’t go here.

I just had a facial treatment done here. My skin feels so good and looks younger, brighter and firmer. I love the results! I also had an amazing 90 minutes deep tissue massage. The service was great. Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place.

Just had my first head, and shoulder massage done by spa .did an amazing job on my taking care of my head and also did a good job for the massage as well. It was very relaxing. Can’t wait to go again. I would definitely recommend this service.

This was the worst massage that I have ever had. It hurt and she wouldn't change the pressure. The communication was horrible. She did not speak English well enough or understand basic massage client etiquette. Very unprofessional. The two young women there seemed barely of age and had very little English language skills.

Went in for a deep tissue couple’s massage with my boyfriend, which cost $180. The massage was subpar and on top of that, as a female identifying person, they did not bother to ask me whether I was comfortable with a male doing my massage even though they had a male and female masseuse at the location. It was an uncomfortable experience and the massage was also not good, so definitely not worth the $180. And then at the end we also felt pressured to tip. Do not recommend.

I had probably the best mani-pedi I've ever had here. Cindy was attentive, kind and just overall awesome! I highly recommend Sunny Spa!

it is the second time I booked an appointment and the request was not meet. The firsr timeI was for gel manicure and pedicure. The staff was not equipped to do gel manicure and I was told that I had to specifiy that detail at booking. Today, I had book a facial that I confirmed last month and was asked to come back another time because the staff is not here. Not other solutions or satisfactory support. Additionally, the staff doesn't know the tarif and will charge you a different price each time.

It was a wonderful and relaxing experience.I got very good massage session here .definitely planning on going again .Everyone is kind .
