Asian Essence Spa - St. Charles

I wanted a massage and everywhere else was either closed or booked for a Saturday night. I was able to get an appointment here and I’m so glad I did. I booked a deep tissue massage and was not disappointed! Everything was clean and my massage therapist was professional and kind. I was very relaxed and happy with my overall experience here! 10/10 recommend. I think I’m going to cancel my massage envy membership… 🙂

Amazing find. I got a group to try them out yesterday and was very impressed. I'll be back to do monthly massages. The technicians don't speak very much English but smiles are universal, good customer service

I was at the St. Charles location today for a scalp massage. I am very disappointed with the service I received. The massage was very rushed in the sense that every movement was very fast. It was not relaxing at all. A comb was brought through each section of my dry hair once and then that was it. The dome scalp tool was run through my hair three times. A tool with nubs on it was run through the top of my head twice. My hair was washed but no massaging of my actual scalp. When what I assume was conditioner was put in, the comb was run through my hair once but other wise no massaging of my scalp. There was a moment with a facial steam that I was not expecting and it was so intense it was hard to breathe. More time was spent blow drying my hair and trying to take out and put away some element under the bed than I feel like anything else. On top of this, doors were constantly being slammed and the doorbell kept going off loudly throughout the hallway. I enjoyed the scents of everything but that was about it. I hope these are some issues you can work out as I was really looking forward to this massage.

A hidden germ in St Charles. Mia attended to me and she is very thorough. You leave the place a whole new person. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much!! I really got value for my money.

Olivia is amazing! Came in today to try the scalp treatment and it was fantastic. All of the products felt and smelled amazing. Olivia did a great job with every step and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Most relaxed spa experience I've ever had ill definitely be back

Booked a massage here for my wife needed to cancel due to a scheduling conflict. They don't pick up the phone AT ALL. I left several vms, emailed them and never received a response. I drove to the place and walked in and no one speaks English . Do not reccomend them.

Went in for couples masaage, I personally got a deep tissue massage and it was fantastic. The masseuse was very good and spent more time on my lower back since I have been suffering from lower back pain. Good place, friendly staff and overall experience. I feel rejuvenated!, will be back in the future!

I love Asian Essence Spa! They are so nice and provide such a wonderful experience. I work as an electrician and have hypermobility issues which cause me to have deep achy and extremely tight muscles. I have been to so many masseuses over the years to find a deep tissue massage that would bring me relief. Fida is BY FAR THE BEST deep tissue masseuse I’ve EVER experienced. I’ve been going to her exclusively for the past two years on a two to four week basis and she is consistent and on point each time. On top of it she is so sweet and brightens my day each time I go in. Whichever location you go to, you’ll love Asian Essence Spa!
