I bough a Groupon for a 60-minute deep tissue massage and all that I can say is— It’s so worth it! The staff were respectful and accommodating, the place was very clean, and my therapist, Amy, was top notch. Had a long and good night’s sleep that night. I’d definitely go back for another session.

I had an excellent massage! I chose their 100 minute special for $85.00 (their cash price). I added my savings to the therapist’s gratuity because she was that good. I called two hours before I made the appt and they managed to squeeze me in. They started with a foot massage and it only got better from there! The location was very clean and they played peaceful music. I will DEFINITELY book at least two appointments during my next Chicago visit! Thank you Kira! I hope to be back sooner than later.

I found this place about a year ago and loved going here for a while. They did a great job and I recommended to several people. The last few times I've been there it has been horrible. Never have I gone anywhere that it takes 20 minutes to get a pedicure.... including painting the nails. I get a pedicure to get my feet cleaned up to make them pretty. I can paint my own nails, it's just a perk to the rest of the service. I went this past weekend to give them one last chance and my feet look like a disaster 2 days later. They did the day of the service too. And I had an appointment so they don't even have the excuse of squeezing me in but trying to make sure they were on time for people with appointments. So bad. I'll never go back.

I dont get massages often, but after a really stressful week I thought I would give it a try. Comma was amazing. I am so glad they were able to fit me in same day. I really appreciated it. I got a therapeutic massage and it was great. Very relaxing. As others have mentioned, the massage is done with a soft sheet over your body. I actually preferred this to other massages I have had without it.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a real massage. Don’t expect lockers rooms, showers, but this place is super clean, well kept and cute! This is not one of those one size massage fit all. If you are getting a massage because you are having pain in specific spots, this is the place to go. They ask me what muscles are bothering me, or they just magically fine them during the session. I don’t get much sleep due to my work, and stress, but I’ve always been able to have good nights sleep after getting massages from them. I’ve been going to Comma for a few months now. They always have great specials or deal of the month for me to take advantages of. I sent all my friends and families there.

The staff were all really sweet. the place is nice and clean. They were gentle, yet got the job done, meaning they didn't make my fingers bleed like some people. I can't say I was thrilled with the prices, but they didn't break the bank. So that's the good and the mediocre. What I'm really excited to tell you about, is how my no chip looks. It's about as even as a 3 year olds haircut. I mean this both in the thickness of the polish, and in the way my nails were filed. My nails are naturally stupidly shaped, but normally people sort of paint the polish on them in a way that makes them a good shape... not an even worse shape. There are spots where there is little to no polish and other spots where there is a thick blob...making the overall shape look even better. (sarcasm.) Lastly, I said no cutting because I wanted to keep the length. She filed them down to a nail biters length. She was really sweet, and I feel bad.... but I just really am not happy with my nails.

Omg, this place is amazing. My husband and I had an extremely difficult week and really needed some help getting back into our bodies and release tension. We’ve both been to Thailand and missed the massages we could get there. This place was better. The ladies knew exactly what my body needed and took great care of us. We walked in two weary souls and walked back out feeling like ourselves. We’ll be back!

They opened a new massage place in my neighborhood and I was super excited. They advertised it on the front of the building as $39/hour for a massage. Called the number on the banner and booked a 90 minute appointment. She asked me if I wanted essential oils. I said no, thinking these were scented oils much like aromatherapy. After 20 minutes into my masssge, which occurred w a thin blanket between me and the therapist, I asked if the whole 90 minutes would be this way. Unfortunately, my therapist didn’t understand what I was asking so had to go get her manager. I don’t blame her, but do the management for putting her in a position in which she couldn’t communicate with the client in a position in which communication is essential. They eventually gave me what was described as “an American version of massage”. It was fine. But just a heads up that if you go in for a $39 massage it won’t be your “American” version. Full disclosure it does say on their website they don’t use oil, but if you don’t check the site and just call (like I did)...you’ll be in for a surprise.
