I had a great experience and I was ticklish but I definitely felt relaxed and reset I loved my deep tissue massage definitely will be back again

From the moment I walked in I knew I’d found the right place! I have Fibromyalgia and Myofacial Release has never helped me. I woke up Friday morning in so much pain I could hardly roll over out of bed. I was so thankful there was a cancellation and I was fortunate to get Sabrina! She did a deep tissue that was out of this world! I will be coming back for a long, LONG time!

The massage therapists are great. I used to go here all the time. The owner however, is rude, inconsiderate and has no problem being unprofessional to clients. I booked an appointment for 10am. I arrived at 9:55. I get told at 9:59 that my masseuse is in the hospital by the own. Okay, that happens. I tell her I am sorry that that’s happened. She asks if I’m available later that day. I asked what time. She doesn’t respond for over 20 minutes as I am sitting outside the parlor. I ask for an update. No response for another 10 minutes. Finally she just responds with “5” and thanks me for understanding. The thing is, I didn’t understand. I did my best to be kind but firm since this isn’t a personal thing. Her response was very immature, stating “Yeah ofc you don’t understand that someone’s in the hospital …why would someone care about someone other than their self.” Again, I understood that someone was in the hospital. What I didn’t understand was I was left there, waiting for longer than I should have been, sitting there on a Monday, having taken off work for this massage to help a chronic illness, and then spoken to like that. Again, the massage therapists are great and I’ve loved every time I have gone. But the owner is a reflection of the business as a whole. I will not be returning.

I will say my masseuse was very kind. But the company is Not very organized at all. Located right next to a police station so you get to hear sirens during your entire entire “relaxing” massage. The foot scrum was too dry, like sand. Should have other oils or something mixed in to avoid scratching skin.

This lady is an amazing masseuse! I am going for my second massage with her today. If I return a second time that means you did wonderful job

I have been going to Devi Healing Arts for a year now & it is my favorite form of self care. Sabrina is always so kind & accommodating! Since I’ve started to consistently get facials, I have noticed a night & day difference in my skin, leaving me feeling more confident!

She is the best! I moved to Rockford about a year ago and was really worried I wouldn’t find such a caring, empathetic, and professional massage therapist as I had in my previous location. I have felt nothing but comfort and respect working with her and it helps that she uses the perfect pressure for me. Not too light, not too deep. A sweet spot! Great location. Superb service. I can’t thank her enough and will be coming back until she retires (hopefully never).

Im looking for a authentic or as close as you can get full body thai massage here. I get one every year when I go to Thailand for the last 8 years so I hope your good
