I went a couple months ago for my first massage. I had very tight muscles in my neck and could hear a clicking when I rotated my head. I booked an integrated massage and expressed my concerns to my masseuse and she was very focused on addressing said concerns. When I left I felt amazing and the tightness and clicking cleared up within a day. I highly recommend to anyone who has targeted concerns or simply wants a routine massage. I intend on going more regularly and after my experience will only go back to them.

Melissa is effective. I went in with mild vertigo from muscle tension that often leads to a migraine. She assessed my muscles and then explained what muscles she recommended she work on to provide me relief. The session was incredible. I feel so much better.
