Today I went to get a massage with my husband and I have already gone several times and I have never had a problem like today. The women who work there don’t know how to speak English so it’s difficult to communicate because they don’t understand anything, I don’t care if they don’t speak English but I wish they only spoke the basics of massages since they work in a business like this at least to have the facility to communicate well. She was hurting my back a lot and made me several movements that were not well and only mistreated the muscle, I told her what was happening but she did not understand me. I don’t like to complain about anything, but this is very bad, one pays very much for an hour of massages. And since it was a couple’s massage there was another girl in the room doing it to my husband and the two didn’t stop talking and laughing, we couldn’t relax honestly and the truth is that it was a pity and loss of money. At the end of the day the only thing that they understand and communicate well is asking for a $20.00 tip the funniest thing is if you give them any less they get upset and not even a thanks for the 10 or 15 dollar tip left. Absolutely absurd!

Excellent, overall amazing experience. Clean, Friendly. Professional. Never once asked for a larger tip. Prices are lower than another comparable massage parlor. Only downside in limited English, but there are translation apps that work great. Already scheduled another appointment for next week with Mary.

A wonderful experience to relax and have a full body massage. Would highly recommend. This is my second visit and I will return for more.

I got a nice massage from Nancy. The place is a little old-fashioned looking inside, and no one spoke English, but the price was reasonable, and the massage therapist worked out the knots in my shoulders. I will be going back.

For the price, this place is excellent! Pros: clean, comfortable, great massage, professional, great price Cons: can hear noise very easily, my massage therapist left the sliding door to the room open while getting warm towels and hot stones. Will be back!

My biggest issue is that the two ladies tried to bully me into tipping 40% of the cost of the massage. I was already tipping 20% and was told that was too little. It made me not want to tip at all. Before that I had been thinking I would come back regularly. The massage was pretty good. The place seems clean. There is a little bit of language barrier, but Google translate works. I don't like being bullied, so I won't be going back.
