First time customer. The building was easy to find and there was ample free parking even at lunchtime. The reception was spotless and the staff were able to clearly communicate prices, spa variations and schedule times easily. The room was spotless, with heated blankets and hot towels. I asked for a gentle massage and was totally satisfied with everything. I will be back. Thank you.

I got a massage here a year ago and it was the best place. Clean, professional, and friendly staff. I just visited again. Someone by the name of Juli massaged, but halfway through the massage she asked if I'd like to get a massage "down there" to which I said no. I was surprised. The massage was just alright and I think they got all new workers. When I was getting ready to leave, she asked for a "20 dollar" tip to which I declined. It's different than from what it was a year ago.

Very friendly staff, the lady was very polite and prompt. The Spa was very clean and had a very relaxing vibe. The only down side, is that there was a lot a time spent on my back and not so much on other areas like my shoulders and lower body. I asked for a “medium Massage” but maybe I should have asked for soft, because it was a bit rough. I walked away with multiple knots and bruises on my back. After massaging my whole body she ended with massaging my face…which made me feel a little uncomfortable. Other than that there, were really great moments during the massage. She did great with my neck and shoulders, I just wish there was more time spent on them.

Avoid this place! I don’t think anyone here is a qualified masseuse. Very shady operation, bad massage, she made me feel very uncomfortable, and she demanded a tip. Really bummed I went here. Should be reported to BBB for someone to look into.

I wish I could give 0. It was absolute nightmare. The masseuse was inexperienced and had no idea what to do. The price was 85$ for an hour but I came back just in 20 minutes. She just threw oil on me and barely added an pressure. When I asked her to increase pressure, she mentioned she doesn’t understand English and forcefully put my head down. It was the worst experience ever. I don’t recommend it one bit to waste your money over here

I took a 60minute body massage and she never did the neck saying that I’m out of time which I needed the most but she didn’t manage the time and sat idle for a while. Since I didn’t like it I decided to not tip for this but she started yelling about it that I massaged for an hour (I don’t understand this at all - I believe tips are something to be grateful for and is given when you really like something, why is it mandatory?). We anyway pay for the service they offer which they think is a favor to us, we’ll it’s not.

The massage was good and the place was clean, however, I felt uncomfortable with them asking for more tips. My boyfriend and I both got a one hour massage. $70 each, so I wanted to add $10 each for the tip (that’s around 15%). The lady gave me a look and said that wasn’t enough. She said it had to be $20 each. Since the massage was pleasant, I agreed. After I paid, my boyfriend came out from the room with $40 cash in his hand. He was going to give them cash as tips. I told him I already paid for everything including $40 tip. The lady “joked” and tried to take the money from my boyfriend and the other masseuse joined the “joke”. Guess what, my boyfriend felt awkward and didn’t know what to say. He then said “okay” and the two ladies were surprised, but they went ahead and snatched the cash from his hand. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I left without saying anything because I did not want to make the situation more uncomfortable. I think it was wrong of them to take more cash from us and it was aggressive. I will not go back there again.

I used to come here a lot but the they changed new manager and masseuses. The lady has no idea / techniques about how to do massage. Massage last for 15 mins and I can’t stand it any more and left. They still charged me $65! So disappointed for the place will never come back
