Great and less great, but no bad. I finally got around to visiting again and placing a take out order. I found a spot at the bar to wait. The staff was fantastic, from the hostess/owner who assured.me a take out order was fine to the bartender who saw & greeted me with seconds of my sitting down. I had a beer while I was waiting and my order (two orders of wings) were ready just as I finished my beer. Checkout was easy and friendly. They are doing themselves a disservice by calling these throwback wings. I had the wings at the previous incarnation of this location, and these 'throwback' wings were far superior. The portions were a little odd, I ate one flat from each box before taking the picture and it really feels like one was significantly more food. The Korean BBQ was great, the BBQ was also great. I will get wings there again.

We had a top-notch experience! A Bar of Their Own is a beautiful space with a warm, inclusive energy, that’s evident in the staff *and* the clientele, that you just don’t get at a typical sports bar. There are so many intentional choices throughout the space that make you feel welcome, safe, and right at home. We loved seeing the posted conduct code, the community partnerships highlighted on the menu, and seeing all of the values-aligned brands on the drinks lists! Everything from dome softball to gymnastics to basketball playing on the TVs Our server was excellent - friendly, attentive, and high energy (even toward the end of the night on opening day ). We had the brownie with ice cream and the fried pickles - both were awesome! Excited to be back soon for HH and dinner and to see how the concept grows, evolves, and makes our community an even better place. Obviously….big recommend!!

This is a must place to see and eat at if your in the cities. Parking was a little tricky. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We went during lunch and Dusty gave us excellent service. I got the Tee Off Turkey burger. If you enjoy feta this is the burger to get. It hit the spot. Tator tots were the best. Make sure you get dipping sauce for them if you don’t want ketchup. I got the chipotle mayo. Hope to try something else on the menu soon. Softball and women’s soccer were on the tv screens.

10s across the board! I was able to check it out opening weekend! It’s clear this bar is built with love and intentionality. Had about an hour wait, but killed the time by visiting nearby businesses! Everything from the service, food, and drinks was spectacular! Even though it was busy we got our food quickly and we were checked in on frequently. Jillian, the owner, was putting in the work and on the floor mingling/working with the rest of the staff. It was amazing to experience a safe, welcoming, fun environment to enjoy women’s sports. If you live here, this should be your new neighborhood bar. If you’re visiting, this should be on your MN bucket list. OH, and for my fellow celiacs the menu had SO many gf options!

Amazing, community-oriented bar. Even on Opening Day, which has the potential to be chaotic or not adequately staffed for the popularity, everything was well-friend, friendly and celebratory! Food was great and reasonably priced, and the staff are all on-point. A true gem and wonderful addition to Minneapolis!

We enjoyed the vegan burger, Caesar salad, fries, and cookie/ice cream! Good vegetarian selection. Nice and bright space with lots of TVs to see from each table. We were there during the Big 10 basketball championship and still got seated quickly and served quickly. Will definitely be back!!

Best sports bar I have ever been to. Lovely atmosphere, good people (saw multiple people buy other people drinks/food they didnt know) and great service. Some food and drinks have part of the proceeds go to local causes. All around great place. Warning- place fills up when local women's teams are playing!

We aren’t local but made sure to make it our dinner choice for our first night in MSP. It was Friday night around 7 so the place was full but we were lucky to get a table. Server was excellent. Food took a while but that is expected at any full restaurant, besides we were enjoying the sports and atmosphere. For being open less than 2 months we were impressed by the service! All of us have worked in restaurants in the past. Enjoyed it so much that the 4 of us bought shirts (only complaint was the selection was limited which I assume was because they sold more than they expected) 2 of us came back the next night for dinner while the other 2 went to a concert. If it wasn’t an 8 hour drive I’d be a regular
