I received myofascial bodywork from Shelly who was fantastic. I've had ongoing shoulder, neck and jaw issues for years, so I went in hoping to decompress and find a bit of relief. What I loved most was that she listened to the challenges I had and then used her expertise to determine how to approach the session vs. something more cookie cutter. I really look forward to future sessions here!

THE BEST PLACE FOR RELAXATION! I have seen Amanda and Jamilah and they both are Amazing! I have never fallen asleep during a massage until I started going to A healing Touch. I am continually impressed with their knowledge of the human body, trigger points and the muscle system. They have accommodated me when I’ve really needed help with neck or back issues last minute. I injured my shoulder and was having a very difficult time doing the most basic of daily tasks. Beth was very knowledgeable and gentle as she worked on my shoulder. At the end of my appointment I was able to raise my arm above my head -something I had not been able to do without excruciating pain for several days. I'm so thankful for her and would highly recommend Beth!

I had my first massage with Jamilah for craniosacral therapy for headaches last year. I have since had several for “knots” in upper back and shoulders, she even found some new ones! Jamilah is very kind and calming and most of all, gives a wonderful deep tissue massage, hitting all the right trigger points! I also got in right away and she’s been able to accommodate me at different times. I highly recommend her!

Jamilah is absolutely the best. I have had major issues with TMJD and also finger numbness and I know she can always help me out. The office is so calming that I feel soothed , even when shes working on something that really hurts . It's so helpful being shown how to work on some of the spots at home.

I had a massage with Bhavna on 11/27/19. She was very attentive to my needs and made sure to work on my knots in my shoulders. I was sore the next day but in a good way because I know she did a great job! The massage was very relaxing and I could have fallen asleep during the massage!
