A+ Massage Therapy

I’ve had massages from Ana for a few years now - she was on staff at a massage place close to my home and I was so glad to find her again after a long gap even though now I drive 30 minutes each way. She’s so worth it! Her holistic approach and expertise is a gift. I have really tight neck and shoulders muscles - it’s impressive how deeply she can work on these muscles and still leave me feeling less pain and more flexibility. Thank you, Ana!!

Ana is the best. She creates a calm and peaceful environment and is simultaneously a strong and skilled massage therapist. I’ve needed more therapeutic massages, like the “hurts so good” kind, and she always delivers for my sore runner’s muscles!!

In full disclosure, I have to say my inaugural massage with Ana was excellent. At the end of the massage (and after I paid a tip) I was told I am not a good fit due to a lack of transparency. Hmmm...I can only surmise this had something to due with the "intake form" that I did not note that I had a broken leg when I was 14 years old. During the massage Ana asked what a small deformity in my ankle was about and I said oh I had a broken leg when I was 14 - she said well you did not mention that on the form. Really!? What does that have to do with a 62 year old man getting a massage? It was a cold departure...I guess some make the A Team others don't get asked back.

Ana is excellent. She reviews your physical concerns, stress level, and goals for each session. She’s very skilled, attentive and focused. I saw improvements after my first session. I’ve had many massages but hers are the best!

I have been to Ana twice so far and it’s been a great experience. She wants to know what issues brought you in and has the knowledge to tie those into an appropriate massage plan that gets at the root cause.

Ana is a very knowledgeable massage therapist! She took the time to Listen to my areas of concern and really focused in to help heal my body! I will absolutely be recommending her to all friends and family

Ana was fantastic, took time to get to know me and asked questions to determine how best to help me. The massage itself was wonderful, always the right pressure and found all my trouble spots, just wish I had booked a longer time! Her focus was always on what would be best for me and my body, and she never tried to upsell or anything similar. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a massage in the area!

Amazing!!! I have no other words. I was in a pretty messed up car accident. Wasn’t able to heal. I looked high and low for somebody good. I ran across Ana’s page, scheduled an apt. Walked in her shop and felt amazing vibrations!! Such amazing positivity from this woman. She really listens to you. Explains things into detail and goes above and beyond for you. I cannot tell you how much of a blessing she truly is. Thank you! ❤️
