Acme Spa

The place used to be call Xin Yu spa but they have now changed it to ACME. I went when it was Xin Yu about half a year back and the massage was excellent. Everything you could ever ask for, no complaints. Now I think about that great massage every now and then and I've gone back twice now since. Both times have not been satisfying. The massage is always cut short and the lady is in and out of the room on the phone and attending to other customers. This past time which was today was the worst experience. Overall I think I got a 10 minute mediocre massage. They lady rushed me out because she had to attend to another customer. She told me sorry and to please come back...FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTE massage...absolutely not. Save your money, there's plenty of other massage parlors in the Worcester area. I will not be returning to this one...I will forever miss that amazing massage I received from Jessica or was is Eva? Either way she had the hands of a goddess.

Yuan in Totem lake is so great! Not only are the facilities amazing. The staff are accommodating and understanding. Dani was a wonderful recourse to us when we booked appointments. When we came across a hiccup with our booking, they also were able to investigate and follow up with us to ensure everything was okay. Really great customer service and overall a wonderful experience.

This was the best massage I have ever had...Very modern, clean and stylish. Careful owners. Highly recommended.

Massage wasn't good. Lady left room to much so I only got about 10 minutes massage after I paid for a half hour. Then because I was only giving a small tip I was asked why I can't give more. More for what. You charge for 30 minutes and are in the room for maybe 10 minutes. So I lose time for you talking on phone. And you think I owe more for less. Sad how they can rob you customers this way. Then demand we tip more.. Tip should not be demanded. But given for time & quality of the massage.. .. SMFH

Paid for 30 minute massage for my chronic back and shoulder pain and actually got 15 minutes. The masseuse wanted money upfront. I gave her a $50.00 dollar bill for a $40.00, 30 minute massage upfront. Did not give me change and then after the abbreviated massage, had the nerve to ask for a tip. Beware and don't go. Sketchy.
