Adam is AMAZING!!! After several months of suffering from debilitating bilateral hip pain that was affecting my ability to walk in a normal stride and perform daily activities without pain, I sought Adam’s help. I’m pleased to share that after three medical message visits I was nearly pain free, and after my fourth visit I no longer experience any hip pain. Adam is very knowledgeable and experienced in soft tissue and joint issues and how to apply the appropriate message technique to correct the issues. He takes quality time to get to know you and your areas of concern, previous diagnosis/treatment, follows on with a customized treatment plan, and gauges the progress and/or your body’s response with each new visit. Based on my experience, Adam is a highly professional and skilled message therapist who takes great pride in achieving positive results for his clients! Adam is fantastic. Highly recommend. He is very knowledgeable in his craft. I went to almost a years worth of chiropractic care that never seem to give relief for more than 2 days. If your goal is to work through issues to improve function and reduce pain, time invested with Adam will not disappoint you! My hip, back, and knee issues are complex and there is no easy answer. Adam's knowledge and hands-on abilities are outstanding. After every single appointment so far, I have been "wowed" at the progress. Adam does not offer a "candles & chocolates" relaxing massage. He will partner with you in serious bodywork to achieve the most freedom possible.

Absolutely the best massage I’ve ever had. Adam provided me with a therapeutic sports medicine massage to help increase my range of motion and mobility after multiple injuries. He is 100% tuned into you as a unique patient and body. He listens to input and feedback and makes appropriate adjustments. I enthusiastically recommend him if you’re looking for a deep tissue massage or a way to recover from a sports injury or misadventure. He’s knowledgeable and very talented.

Adam is awesome! He is totally helping heal my body and bring it back to full range of motion. When you get a massage and you leave thinking “man I wish they went in a little more in that tight area”… you don’t leave Adam thinking that at all !! He finds all the spots and goes in on them , creating massive blood flow and healing. He’s wonderful.
