The bartender needed an education on service animals good thing proper management knows! Food had amazing flavor. Just hard to recommend a spot who treated me and my support so poorly. No my food was taken when went to restroom

The Adobe Bar is a must stop! Great atmosphere, cocktails, food and live music! It wasn’t crowded but the food arrived quicker than our drinks …highly recommend but maybe order 2 drinks at a time.

The place was fairly packed for a Monday evening. The Margaritas were tasty, but I'm used to getting them in a large goblet. The Chile relleno was excellent, as was the chips/salsa/guacamole. I'd recommend!

My favorite place to sit and eat in Taos. The food is fantastic and there's live music every night. My personal favorite is the blue corn cheese enchiladas and the hot, yummy Queso dip. They start serving food at 4:00 p.m.

This is a must see in Taos. This historic inn with the Adobe Bar has all the traditional Toast decor and ambiance. Our waitress was a one person machine. She was adorable. The food was affordable and large portions. We shared the nachos & we're pleasantly surprised at how good they were. Highly recommend you experience this place.

Most beautiful quaint atmosphere & to die for Margaritas! Live music every night, the night we were there Bob Andrews was playing, world renowned keyboardist and producer, he played with Graham Parker! Excellent customer service as well!

We ordered a starter to share and then a main to share. Neither came for 45 mins. I had to complain. They then both came together. The chicken enchiladas had no chicken. The food was good tasting but the enchiladas were over priced for what was basically two small enchiladas and the usual beans and rice etc. There are many better places to eat than this. I wouldn’t go back

This is another bar/restaurant that limped out of the pandemic to become worse than ever. Positive our 19yo inexperienced waitress was on drugs. She mentioned that the kitchen hadn't noticed our order, which is 100% nonsense since she brought out a giant plate of nachos that had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for quite awhile. Getting your desserts from the food truck and attempting to pass them off as authentic when it doesn't resemble "tres leches" cake (which is one of the simplest peasant desserts ever, btw) doesn't cut it for locals or tourists. We're local and just moved back. Unfortunate to see that the Adobe Bar has fallen to the degree that the staff is worse than ever and so is the overpriced food, but we've been told this is a reflection of how many hospitality professionals left the area in the past few years. This place is a tourist trap; it's not "the living room of Taos." Do better. We used to enjoy the music and sitting outside on the patio, but seriously, the service and food at Adobe Bar have gotten worse so we don't plan to go back. It's definitely a bar with historic status; but this doesn't change the fact that poor hiring practices coupled with sub-par food makes it an adequate choice to frequent. The location is great, but you're coasting on a reputation that's no longer valid. Locals know this; I give praise where praise is due.
