Albany Massage

I was fortunate to see the original 'Albany massage group' offering sample massages at the Saturday Troy farmers market. A few days later Rachel the originating licensed masseuse was able to fit me into her busy schedule at her (+ the group) new premises at 523 Western Ave. The massage experience was professional, therapeutic & healing. Thank you Albany massage for your dedicated efforts to soothe and heal using the ancient practice of massage.

All the staff here at Albany Massage are kind and helpful as they apply their knowledge to the technique they use. I feel refreshed after a massage by Caleb. They keep you informed as a client and provide useful suggestions. I appreciate that they offer their services at the Troy Farmers Market as it serves as a convenient way to get a massage if one is often busy. I recommend Albany Massage as they are also easy to get in contact with to schedule.

We were recently in Albany for a long weekend trip, with plans controlled by our hosts. After booking a massage at Albany Massage our hosts changed our plans on multiple occasions. The people at Albany Massage were incredibly accommodating making multiple schedule alterations in every afford to fit us in. They were great. If in the area I highly recommend you give them a try.

Rachel is the best massage therapist that I have ever had and her massages leave you feeling brand new!! She always begins by asking what is bothering you or giving you pain so she can really focus in on those areas. You can tell how much she really cares about her clients by the way she listens and adjusts to your specific needs. Great place, very clean and wonderful staff! I will continue to recommend this place to all my family and friends!

Have to say, I was having trouble even sitting with my severe back pain as I had injured my back recently. It had gotten so bad I had trouble bending to grab items and called around same day and this place was empathetic, helpful, and accommodating with getting me an appointment quickly. Caleb did a fantastic job helping me by targeting my back pain and was extremely knowledgeable regarding identifying, and treating where I had problem areas. Thank you!

Went when here for my first time because my sister got me a gift card. Rebecca was awesome, great massage therapist and so chill. I felt amazing after my first massage. WIll definitely be coming back.

Updating my previous rating. I had an atypical first experience here with a pregnancy massage; newly trained therapist, new building. The owner saw it and called me to make sure she made it right. Rachel had me back in to showcase what a typical experience of Albany Massage should be - relaxing and refreshing! She made sure to ask for feedback on pressure and pain points, ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. I had a fantastic massage and experience and recommend this facility. Thank you, Rachel!
