Alice Massage

So.. where do I start. I was skeptical about this place once I wanted through the front door. The person who greeted me wanted me to pay prior to getting to the massage (which isn’t how it’s usually done), the rooms are right next to the waiting room ( so you can overhear other conversations), the entire place was cold, and the bedding for the massage table smelled like feet. Completely grossed out by this experience. I gave this facility two stars because the massage was actually really good. They definitely have the skills to give a good massage, however the facility is not up to par with being a relaxing environment. Seems like a small family owned place, which is fine. But they need to work on improving the quality of the experience and smiling. I walked in the door and got the coldest greeting along with laying in a cold room. I won’t be returning despite the massage being good. There are places who charge less and the experience is a lot more pleasant Lastly, they were forceful when it came to tips. Being that I was made to pay in advance, I couldn’t tip her on my card. After the massage she forcefully pointed at the receipt and got a tip of $9. Never returning here again. I’d rather pay the extra $20 and go to Hand and Stone

I've been visiting Alice Massage for years now and it's just just the best I've found anywhere. All of their staff are fantastic at what they do and each visit has been a great experience. I can't recommend Alice Massage enough. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Massage was great but… We were placed in the front room- very bright, could hear everyone walking in and minimal privacy. Couldn’t get comfortable because it was FREEZING in there. You get a little towel to cover you which is not enough. She picked up 7 phone calls while giving me a massage and went to the door 4 times. Neither me or my husband could get comfortable to enjoy it between being cold and interrupted by noises, calls or the door. We will not be returning. Room also needs upgrades. Pricing was normal.

I’ve always love getting a massage from This place— especially from Ms. Nancy!!! Very affordable and they really get into your muscles! No frills, real deep tissue massage and not the “Americanized” version you get somewhere else. I go at least once a month! So worth it!

I had an amazing experience this wonderful opportunity was given to me as a birthday gift. I was asked questions pertaining to my health, my desires would be and what areas-knees, back.etc- I had concerns with. Aa a nurse, this is very important to me they listened and provided exceptional experiences each and every time. I have had massages. I have had facials and I will continue to go back for more. This place is a family favorite I am humbly grateful- do not hesitate experience for yourself.

Nancy just gave me the best massage I've ever had! 45 minutes back massage followed by 15 minutes of focused attention on my neck and shoulders for pain I've had. Excellent massage - no frills, clean beds and no nonsense body work. I'll definitely be back.

Probably best massage I've ever got and at a great price. For other complaining about paying first its business and they're good at what they do so I can understand why they make people pay before they start to make sure no one runs out on them. I dont know about all of them but Tina had the softest hands I've ever felt definitely will be back again very soon.

Yea I'll pass. Definitely a one and done. They speak absolutely no English. They asked me to pay before the massage. Then she said "tip" at the end. She walked out the room twice in the middle of my massage to go to the front desk to greet someone. The room was right in front of lobby so yuh could hear all conversations. Very awkard and uncomfortable. And the room was cold. You're supposed to leave the blanket on areas that aren't getting massaged. she didn't massage my feet nor my head which is standard and didn't do the full hour. Massage was $50 but charged my card $52. I gave 2 stars because the massage did feel good. But everything else was just Shady. Never the less- I won't be returning.
